We had an amazing vacation at the Parus guest yard! It's worth mentioning that the room was recently renovated and very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The cafe at the hotel served delicious cuisine and the staff was excellent. The grounds were well-maintained and we enjoyed a wonderful sea view from the terrace. I highly recommend this place! It's suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and even for a romantic getaway.

I went on vacation in August 2020 and stayed at a quiet family hotel. The hotel had very good finishes and everything was clean and new. However, I found the owners to be strange. I don't usually expect special treatment, but the way the young man served meals made me uncomfortable. It seemed like he thought we were stealing the food or taking the last portion. Additionally, the portion sizes were very small, especially considering that breakfast was included in the price of the room. I thought that if we paid for dinner at their restaurant, the portions would be more substantial, but that wasn't the case. The quality of the food was also disappointing, as the trout I ordered was fried in rancid oil. We didn't make a big deal out of it and decided not to eat there anymore. When we asked for water to be poured into the kettle in the kitchen, they told us to use tap water, which made us feel uneasy since we don't trust tap water in the city. They reluctantly poured the water but said they wouldn't do it again. The staff was polite, but they had a condescending attitude, as if they were doing us a favor. On the day of our departure, we requested a transfer to the station, but no one was there at the agreed time. We had to figure out a solution ourselves and ended up walking to the station. Overall, despite the cleanliness and attractiveness of the place, I would not recommend staying here again.

This is a wonderful spot to unwind. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are cozy and spotless, equipped with all the essentials. The food is absolutely delicious, cooked at home and reasonably priced, with generous portions. It only takes 7 minutes to reach the beach, and they offer complimentary transportation with their two cars to and from the seaside. The premises are secure and enclosed, boasting a playground, a swimming pool, and a breathtaking view of the ocean. A big thank you to all the individuals who ensure a flawless vacation experience. We had a fantastic time relaxing here.

The beach was amazing! My husband and I visited in August 2020. Sergey, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, and the room we stayed in was fantastic. The view from the terrace was stunning. The cafe at the guest house served incredibly tasty food. I also want to mention the delicious cocktails and the excellent service from our waiter, Ruslan. Everything was top-notch! Thank you, we will definitely be returning!

The beach is an amazing spot to unwind! The staff is exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The rooms and the entire premises are kept impeccably clean and tidy. The view of the sea is absolutely delightful, and the food is delicious. The way they treat vacationers is simply wonderful.
