We rented a cottage and had an amazing experience. The cottage is of exceptional quality, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the sea view is breathtaking. Each evening, we enjoyed watching the sunsets over the sea from the terrace.

Pros: - The guests are generally good, mostly polite family people. - The area is beautiful, perfect for a private village. - The beach is nice with pebbles and stones at the entrance, but it’s not crowded. Cons: - Water supply is inconsistent. It comes from tanks rather than a central source, so it can run out periodically. - Electricity is often unreliable. Blackouts can last from 1 hour to 7-8 hours, and sometimes even up to a day or two. If your house has a generator, you’ll have light, but with the unpleasant noise of the generator and the smell of diesel fuel. If not, you’ll be without light. - There are no cafes, restaurants, or stores on the premises. - Common spaces are almost non-existent. There are 2 benches on the embankment, 1 gazebo on the lower tier, and that’s about it. The remaining benches are mostly near smoking bins. There is a children’s playground, but it’s hot during the day, and not everyone wants to sit there. - The terrain is challenging. The second part of the village is situated quite high, making it difficult to reach, especially for the elderly or small children, particularly in the heat.

Not very convenient for families with children. The beach is covered in pebbles and stones. The air is fresh with the scent of pine. It's a peaceful and quiet place, offering a sense of isolation from the hustle and bustle of civilization, almost like being on a deserted island. However, there's only one store in the village, and the prices there are extremely high.

Fantastic cottage community with its own beach. Although the beach is pebbly and has many large stones in the water, making it less ideal for kids, coral slippers are a must-have for the beach. The landscape design is beautiful, and we enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea. This review pertains to the first stage of the village. Unfortunately, the second line (across the road and accessible through the air duct) does not offer the same experience.
