Well, you have to try so hard to prepare food from ingredients that even the dog refused to eat. In all the years we have been at this base, this is the first time this has happened. We are outraged!!!!! The price is too high for such food... If this team remains for the next years, then we completely refuse this food. I propose to separate the price for accommodation and food, we refuse to pay for this food. And we will go to the gorgeous beach every year. But you will have to eat at a neighboring base... Your administration, in particular Tatyana Vitalievna, is also outraged. Pre-registered us for the period that I indicated, assigned the house number and room number, wrote down all our data including phone number... Tatyana Vitalievna received a preliminary call confirming the fact of our arrival from 08/12/2019 to 08/18/2019 and in the end, when we arrived on 08/12/2019, she stated (and in a rude form) that we do not have a house, that she did not register us (she doesn’t know why? and the fact that we did not see how she recorded us, “HORROR” I’m just shocked by this stupidity) and our room is occupied by other people.... There are recordings of all telephone conversations with Tatyana Vitalievna, where she herself voices our full name, arrival date, house and room number.
