The houses are good - 30 meters from the shore. The houses have everything you need to cook your own food. There is a good and inexpensive canteen in the main building. The boarding house has a large area with plenty of places to take a walk in the evening. There are restaurants. There is something for children to do. There is a market and shops nearby. The beach is pebble.
To get to the boarding house, you will have to overcome the serpentine road, but it’s worth the patience.

We rested in a house on the first line.
Pros: clean water, an alley and a juniper park, if this is important to anyone. The alley is beautiful, but this is Crimea, and there are quite a few similar alleys here (going solely because of the juniper park, such a thought). But it’s beautiful here, no doubt about it. Like everywhere else in Crimea!
Of the minuses: rooms and beach (narrow strip, pebbles). There was a centipede living in our room; I found it under my travel bag when we were leaving. We didn’t expect anything from the rooms; there were plenty of photographs and reviews on this matter. For a budget holiday they are quite suitable, in my opinion👌🏻
I recommend for long-term stays for older people, because... The food in the dining room of the main building, although paid for, is good/tasty (just don’t order pizza at the Octopus cafe, instead of the CLAIMED snow crab they put CRAB, motherfucking STICKS!!! and a couple of shrimp)))) It’s just tough, of course 🙈 For For families with children, I recommend staying for a couple of days, no more, for variety.

Excellent nature, good premises of the boarding house, which requires capital investments to make the place excellent. Of the minuses: limited menu of two cafes (Black Pearl and Santrope). Rude waiters, few service staff in the boarding house. Very rocky bottom. It wouldn't hurt to make a gangplank on the beach.

A good resort for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It’s better to come here with children, because lights out here after 11 p.m. You cannot play loud music, almost all the lights turn off, there is very little lighting, you can get lost or scared. Where we lived, we cooked ourselves, bought food at the market on the way to the sea, prices were the same as in our city, fruit was expensive. The place itself was built in haste, the furniture is good, there is air conditioning, there is a refrigerator, a TV, but the walls are very thin, the neighbors seem to be talking in the next room. There is no safe. For a budget tourist it will most likely be acceptable. The beach is pebble, the sea is warm, clean, there is no entertainment other than riding ATVs and bananas. There is a toilet, but you can’t go there, the smell is terrible. On the beach they sell delicious pastries called samosas. Very tasty dough, and inside there is a mixture of various fruits or berries to choose from.

We were here a little - only evening and morning. But the impressions remained good. The boarding house building is old, but the inside is comfortable, the room is clean. There are houses right close to the sea, but I don’t know about them. The dining room on the 2nd floor is large, the food is delicious and the service is fast. I was very pleased with the lentil puree soup, and in general with the choice of dishes without meat and fish.
The complex is large, there are a lot of people, almost all families with children, or large groups of children (athletes, some children worked out in the morning). Those. There are no all-night parties here; in the cafe there is music until exactly 23.00. There are large playgrounds and exercise equipment. The pizzeria has good pizza. Entertainment - shooting range, fishing, boat trips, banana, tablet, catamaran. The beach is large, pebble, equipped in the center, there are sun loungers, awnings, and changing rooms. There are swings along the embankment. There are a lot of trees and flowers everywhere.
The sea is clean and pleasant. The descent into it is comfortable, but the stones are a little slippery.
In general, we did not find any particular disadvantages in this short time and will definitely come here next time.
