The hotel seems fine, the food is good, but they cut corners on the bracelets, which are reusable and probably not sanitized, so they're too sticky to wear. We've traveled across Crimea and stayed in three hotels, and this is the only one where we've had issues with the bracelets and complaints from the staff. The "security guard" even told us some ridiculous stories about the FSB being able to monitor tourists through the cameras to check if they're wearing the bracelets. It's laughable.
The food at the hotel is excellent, even the oatmeal for breakfast is delicious, and the flounder and red mullet are amazing. However, the music on the premises is terrible and unnecessary. My advice is to stay at neighboring hotels and go there to eat.

The hotel appears nice from the outside, located just 400m from the beach with a steep descent. However, the room itself is quite average and the soundproofing is terrible, as you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. I was disappointed to find an iron bed on bare tiles, which felt uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom throughout our entire five-day stay, and the room was never cleaned. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had, and I strongly advise against opting for it. The hotel staff doesn't wear uniforms, but rather dressing gowns. Furthermore, the pool was dirty. When we had to leave, we left our barbecue and alcohol locked in the gazebo. However, upon our return, everything was gone. The administrator claimed that the waiters had removed everything, but no one returned anything to us. We requested the phone number of the director/manager from the receptionist to address the issues we experienced, but the administrator flatly refused to provide it.

My family and I spent a week at the beach in August 2017 and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a shower, shampoo, soap, dishes, refrigerator, and a safe. The staff was friendly and there was a great swimming pool. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

I really enjoy the hotel. We have a two-room suite that offers beautiful views of the sea and includes a kitchen. The beach is not crowded, and the water is pristine. The staff is very polite and accommodating. It only takes about 10 minutes to reach the shops in Utes. There are a few small issues, like having a double duvet without a matching cover. However, the staff resolved it by providing two one-and-a-half duvets with covers, although they were white while the rest of the bedding was cream. Nonetheless, these are minor details.

I enjoy this peaceful beach where the only sounds are the waves and the rustling of trees. But if you're looking for a Turkish-style all-inclusive hotel with a buffet and entertainment, this isn't the place for you.
