Service 2 stars: forced to sit at the table with strangers, strangers sneeze, pick their teeth and smack their lips. And you must tolerate the presence of strange strangers at the table. In the room, the mattress is not completely covered with a sheet, it is short and there is not enough fabric - bare mattresses stick out. Floor covering, furniture is broken or with cracks and abrasions. No entertainment, no cafe, no snacks and no shops. It is not even possible to buy soap and water on site. Disgusting. The holiday is ruined. The pool is closed in the evening. There is nowhere to go for a walk. There are no flowers or decorations.

This place is love at first sight! The beauty is indescribable, my child and I were delighted, everything was at the highest level, there was no downside at all, we will definitely come next year, this year we were there and did not regret it. We recommend it!

Fantastic place. We vacationed there back in the 90s. Then it was still a sanatorium, which had a separate medical building with a covered overhead passage from the main building. Apparently, this building has also been preserved now. It so happened that I arrived there with pneumonia, which was not diagnosed in Moscow, but the excellent doctors from Ai-Danil definitely identified it and literally took over my treatment. Low bow to them. I would also like to mention the indoor pool: I don’t know how it is now, but then it had sea water with a characteristic greenish color and a slight smell. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else, very cool! Well, the dining room was incredibly tasty)

We've been vacationing since 10/24/23, the vacation is ruined, and it starts at the entrance, the security guard asked are you signed up or did you just let us in the fifth time - inadequate employees, then at the reception the not very friendly employee was rude and rude, she paid a lot of money for the ticket if she had charged for the maximum the cost would be crushed by a toad, since for this money you can have a much better rest and you will be treated normally and not like to livestock. In the pool there is a smell of urine everywhere in the toilet, in the shower in the bathhouse, etc. In the pool we ate a small mackerel fish, they raised an ora there as if we had bream with bones flying and then every time they came they told us it was you who ate the fish!!! The food is ok, no complaints, but the system is old: you sit and wait for the food to come to you on a cart. Treatment no complaints. In general, there is no animation, alcohol is not included in this price, the cafe in the pool is adequate and the service is normal. The hotel contains only pensioners and grandfathers who can barely move. I don’t recommend going there if you’ve been to other places and you have something to compare with, it’s better to go there straight away and not choose this hotel. Since they pay the staff 12,000 rubles per month, and do you think adequate employees will work here or not, most likely not. And for a trip for 10 days during the season they charge an exorbitant amount, I went here and thought, well, for the money it would definitely be great, but in the end it was just disappointment.

Very well designed and fitted out sanatorium without the hotel trimmings,unfortunately. The accommodation was excellent but the food mediocre and repetitive, but we managed to last 5 days! Questionable if we'd stay there again for that reason.
