We rested at the sanatorium at the beginning of October, managed to catch warm days and spend time on the beach.
We lived in building 2, in a standard double room on the 3rd floor.
Pros:
1. Large room.
2. Balcony overlooking the sea.
3. The room had air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle.
4. 3 towels per person + for feet.
5. The package includes medical procedures prescribed by a doctor. Pearl baths, circulation shower, aromatherapy, salt room, inhalations, magnetic therapy, gym.
6. Meals to choose from - buffet.
7. Several beaches with wooden and plastic sun loungers.
8. The cable car and Vorontsovsky Park are within walking distance.
9. Coniferous trees on the territory.
10. It is worth paying tribute to all the staff of the sanatorium, everyone was polite and friendly. The room was cleaned, the tables in the dining room were always clean.
11. The building is made in the style of Soviet modernism and looks very good despite its age.
12. Two working elevators.
Of the minuses:
1. The quality of food is poor.
2. The playground deserves restoration.
3. The medical building is not open on Saturday and Sunday, and we saw the doctor the next day after arrival. As a result, 3 days were lost without procedures.
4. Lack of recreational activities.
5. Difficulties in moving with a stroller and for people with leg problems. Although the elevation differences are not the greatest along the South Coast, they cause a number of surmountable difficulties.

Great location. Well-groomed area. Friendly staff. The room is spacious, with a gorgeous view of the sea. Full price-quality ratio. Guests have access to 5 beaches with sun loungers. At the beginning of October the water was still warm and you could swim. I can’t evaluate the treatment program; I haven’t used it. The cable car to Ai-Petri and the Vorontsov Palace are within walking distance. Several shops, cafes and a small market.

A very beautiful place, a view of the sea and Mount Ai Petri, a large area, a lot of plants, wild birds fly, there are squirrels, clean air with the smell of the sea and conifers, it’s hard to enter, the pebbles make your feet slide, the sea is clean, you need corrals to enter, five beaches with free sun loungers, showers and toilets, a huge pine tree hangs in the shady area, there is a cafe on the beach, a powerful medical center, a two-room apartment in the first building with a view to the forest and the sea, the room has the same decor as the party bosses lived during the time of Brezhnev, but it’s cool, nostalgia for the USSR, I like it, room cleaning, etc. every day, very clean, polite and friendly staff, wi-fi on the ground floor, on the beach and in some places on the territory, there is parking. Very mountainous area, a lot of stairs, you need to walk a lot, it will be difficult for people with disabilities and children in strollers... food is buffet, waiters hand out food.
There is no music or entertainment at all, after dinner it’s boring, you need to take a taxi and go to where the walking streets are, Alupka, Yalta, Simeiz... I recommend it to everyone who loves peace, quiet and a lot of walking...

The best on the coast. Nice rooms, friendly staff, buffet with plenty of food, clean beach, clear sea, electric car from the beach to the buildings.

Unusual, beautiful nature can calm you down and smooth out all possible shortcomings. The food is delicious. The staff tries to be attentive, but it doesn't work very well. If you can connect WiFi, it only works on the first floor of the 1st building and in the cinema. They started renovating the rooms, changed the TVs. It looks unusual against the background of pre-war bathrooms and pink basins. I liked the beach.
