Thanks to the advice and teachings of my grandmothers, I’ve been able to recreate the same dish that I now want to share with you. You’ll learn all the steps and secrets to making an exquisite Mallorcan paella. Taking off from the popular coastal resort of Cala Millor, the balloon experience provides aerial views over the stunning beaches and pine tree–clad coastline for which northeast Mallorca is famous. Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life.
