A lovely beach with warm summer salt waters, where you can bob around in shallow surf and look at the mountains. There are refreshment stands near and rinsing stations for your feet. There are also port-a-potties. The beach attitude is relaxed, and families mix with retirees. There is no loud music and few smokers. Bring an umbrella and water.

Family oriented blue flag beach with predominantly Spanish holidaymakers. The kilometers long fine white sandy beaches feel like silk to the skin and on a less windy day the Mediterrenean waters are clear and fairly shallow for the first 30 meters. Not that you will see much other than the occassional lost fish, as the waters are barren -like an underwater desert. After the last heavy storms of January 2020 there are very few facilities left (no showers to wash the sand from body or feet, nor toilets, hardly any places -chiringuitos- to purchase a cold drink, etc), so very basic & tranquile and clearly more suitable for the self-sufficient among us.
