The beach was in need of some serious TLC - it was far from its best. Prices at the beach bars were far too high for what was on offer, and I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.
Tucked away in an urban area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. It has a restaurant with delicious and luxurious food, however the downside is that the beach has a lot of stones and gray sand, making it uncomfortable to lay on and too hot to enjoy even when the weather isn't that warm.
This beach near Guadalmina Baja is a tranquil and serene spot, with a few excellent eateries.
I didn't have a good experience at the beach. The only thing I liked was the beach bar at one of the entrances, but it was quite pricey. The smell of stagnant water was overwhelming and there were sewers in the sand, along with huge stones and dirty sand. I didn't even bother to go for a swim and the walk wasn't pleasant either.
Playa de Guadalmina is tucked away down a narrow alley, but it is still open to the public. There are some ancient Roman ruins, which appear to be a granary, located in the private gardens of the local residents. made up of pebbles and it has a steep drop off into the ocean.
