To much rubbish for a top star beach, it isn't out of hand just needs a clean up. I'm used to Scotland beaches, they are exemplary Clean, I'm an Englishman saying that

It is an ideal beach for surfing, so much so that the surf courses that are booked in Foz are done there (as was the case in our case). It has a very large area, ideal for walking and enjoying the views and rocky landscapes it has. At the top it is bordered by an urban promenade perfect for walking and running enjoying the beautiful cliffs that take you to La Playa de las Catedrales. I give it 3 stars because the part they have enabled for dogs is minimal, for a change, and even more so taking into account the enormous extension of it... What's more, when we were there, in the middle of the August long weekend, the only shower that was enabled for them was broken and they were not allowed to rinse them off in any of the others... They clearly put the threat of a fine throughout the perimeter 😡
