Beautiful place and adventurous road to get there. I discovered I had some vertigo when trying to go down the very exposed steps (with strong wind), so semi-crawled down feet first just to be a bit safer. Going around the rocks to the cave entrance, you have to get lucky that the tide isn't too high, and time it so the waves don't get your feet wet (or wear good water shoes). Inside it's quiet and beautiful - if there are few people. I wouldn't like coming here during high season. Definitely bring flipflops or water shoes for when you're inside to be able to walk in the water - the views outside are lovely too, and your feet will thank you.

徒步小径很崎岖。不过绝对可以做到，我们看到很多老年人和带孩子的家庭。我不会将这条路径描述为安全，尤其是在悬崖上的沙石小径之后，当通往洞窟的唯一通道是滑溜的岩石。洞窟本身非常大，有3或4个通向大海的开口。洞窟内拥挤着通过陆路登山小径来的游客和通过海上皮划艇而来的游客。洞窟外有一个我会描述为没有波浪的天然游泳池，适合浮潜。

So, the hiking path is rough. Definitely doable though, we saw many elderly people and families with children. I wouldn't describe this path as safe though, especially after the sandy path on the cliff when the only access to the grotto is just slippery rocks. The grotto itself is huge with 3 or 4 openings to the sea. The grotto was crowded with people who came via land on hiking path and people who came via sea on kayaks. Outside the grotto there's what I'd describe as a natural swimming pool with no waves which makes for a great snorkeling place.

Breathtaking place. Access requires good shoes since the terrain is steep and sometimes there are loose or slippery rocks. You can swim once in the cave.

Amazing scenic location, very tranquil. Quite a technical hike to reach the cove. Wear good shoes and be comfortable on your feet. Last section into the cove is probably the most challenging. Well worth exploring inside. Entrance is regulated during busier periods. Free but limited parking available at the end of Les Rotes but the trail starts at the end of Lactea. Go up the hill and trail starts by the wooden hut.
