Every year we go on vacation to this base and have not yet found anything better! Ideal for a family holiday with children! The recreation center is located on the very seashore, each room offers a gorgeous view of the sea. Rooms for every taste and budget from economy to luxury. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant smell of wood. The area is large and very well-groomed! There are very beautiful flowers everywhere, a lot of trees. In hot weather you can sit in the shade!!! On the territory there is a store, a cafe, children's playgrounds and a barbecue area. Very polite and responsive staff. I would also like to mention the kitchen separately. You can have a delicious meal here. No semi-finished products, everything is fresh, homemade! I highly recommend this recreation center! If you want to have a wonderful relaxation and delicious food, then this is definitely the place for you!

My parents rested here in a 4-bed room on the second floor, we came to visit. I liked the sea view from the room and the presence of a microwave in the room. I didn’t like the fact that when you’re sitting at a table admiring the sea, everyone walks by and eats their plates, there are no curtains or the like, and there’s no table/chair in the room, only on the entrance veranda. There was also no large closet, only a chest of drawers. On TV only 1 channel worked. The kitchen is shared.
In general, the base and number are decent.

I want to write my review about the cafe at the base. Cooking and vacation are incompatible. Then the cafe comes to the rescue. We liked your cafe. The dishes are delicious, like at home. The menu is varied, the prices are average. What is important is that it is glassware, not terrible disposable... the food is served quickly. The girls are great, very friendly) Respect!

Very relaxing holiday, the sea is nearby, 20-30 meters away. The beach is free. We rested in a two-story wooden luxury house. There are 6 rooms on the floor. We were lucky there were few people. Cozy, comfortable, base in greenery, gazebo, swing. Special thanks to the girls - Tanya - the chef, Olya. Everything is delicious, there is a large selection, the menu is well thought out - there is also one for children, you can ask, they will cook whatever you want. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable. Very smiling and helpful staff. Sveta is also grateful, she responds to the first request. Thanks for the rest!

A nice and calm recreation center, located almost on the edge of Stepanovka-1. There are options from suites to economy class, both cottage-type and detached (kitchens with stoves are located separately, since the houses are wooden, probably for safety reasons). Junior suites and suites are designed in the form of a kitchen-studio, with TV and a bathroom. From the second floor there is an immediate view of the sea; on the first floor there is access through beautiful flower beds with flowers and other plantings. There is a new covered wooden gazebo (since 2018) for 10 people. On the territory there is a shop-cafe where you can eat and drink whatever you want (without super-fancy). Drinking water is available on site. The beach is almost immediately adjacent to the base itself. There are no noisy cafes and bars that interfere with your relaxation. The only inconvenience, in my opinion, is the walk-through balcony between the rooms. Those. You can always expect that someone will pass by your room with a large glass door and windows all the way to the floor (you need to shade or close it when necessary). Although the balcony is wide, and as in our case, when 3-4 families are traveling with us, you can occupy the entire floor and put tables along the entire floor, everything is conveniently at hand (refrigerator, microwave, water, bathroom, etc., etc.). ).
It is better to book rooms in advance, especially on holidays.
