Lovely car park overlooking the harbour. The Latheronwheel development committee has done an amazing job. New picnic benches. Well kept garden. If staying for a while or overnight please leave a donation. The local fisherman gave us some mackerel which was so generous. Then we stopped at the local butcher up the hill for back pudding! The harbour is so picturesque! Well worth a visit.

Nice quaint harbour at Latheronwheel. Clean and tidy, bench and BBQ cooking area with bins. Parking. No other facilities (no toilets or shop). Can fish from the pier but we only caught a lot of crab and a few baby haddock. Can get a bit snaggy. There is a cave you can explore when the tide is out and it's safe to do so. Small pebbled beach area. Ramp for launching kayaks. Wild swimming if you are a confident swimmer. As you drive down to the Harbour on the right hand side there are signs for a 'fairy glen walk'. There is an 18th century picturesque bridge crossing the burn which runs into the sea A small sea stack sits in the entrance to the Harbour. There's a small butchers selling delicious produce at the entrance to the village. CASH only. Well worth a visit. Can get parked up with motorhomes and camper vans. If you are walking dogs or wild camping watch out for ticks!!

A lovely quiet place to stop and camp. Only 1 small boat uses harbour to catch their lobster 🦞 and 🦀 Camped here and great views. Able to walk around the area on the cliff tops.
