The shoreline was breathtakingly beautiful, but our visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter. We were constantly on edge due to the presence of two stray dogs, a pitbull and a mutt mix, that were running around us and our young child. To our dismay, we then spotted two Rottweilers that were also roaming free in the water. It was disheartening to see that the dog owners were not held accountable for their pets' actions, and the beach authority seemed to have little control over the situation.
