If you're ever in Caraiva, make sure to visit this amazing beach! It's hands down the most stunning beach I've ever visited. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. One of the unique features of this beach is the clay that you can apply on your skin for super hydration. At low tide, there are plenty of shaded areas to relax in and natural pools to swim in. Additionally, there's a beautiful lagoon to explore. To reach the beach, simply cross the river from Caraiva and take a short 3 km walk. Trust me, it's definitely worth it!

This stunning beach is nestled in the Trancoso region, adjacent to Praia do Mirror. Although the dirt road leading to it is in poor condition, the journey is worth it. I opted to travel by van, as the mud and holes on the road seemed daunting for my car. However, once I arrived, the breathtaking scenery at low tide took my breath away. While the beach is rocky, this is a common feature in this region, and it only adds to the natural charm of the area. Overall, this beach is a true gem and definitely worth a visit.

Oh joy, another day at the beach. The water is so clear you can see all the way to the bottom, where I'm sure there's a pile of discarded beer cans and plastic bags. The sand is so white it's blinding, and it's probably made up of tiny bits of crushed coral that are slowly eroding away. But hey, at least it's a great place to lay around and get a sunburn. And I guess it's nice that someone bothered to pick up the trash before we got here. Overall, if you're into that sort of thing, go ahead and waste your time at this overrated beach.
