Sure, there may be a few moments of respite from the chaos, but they are fleeting and quickly overshadowed by the overwhelming sense of disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and skip this overrated destination.

This beach had all the makings of a paradise - the sun, the sand, and the sea. However, my experience at Ponta da Fruta beach was marred by the constant stench of sewage that permeated the air. It was disheartening to see that the restaurants and houses along the beach were responsible for dumping waste onto the beach and into the sea. Despite the two distinct areas of the beach - one with rough waters and the other with calm waters - it was difficult to enjoy the shallow part meant for children and non-swimmers due to the high concentration of sewage waste. I only visited this beach once and was hesitant to let my daughter play in the water. It's a shame that such a beautiful location is being ruined by human negligence.

These waves are created by the strong winds in the area, which give the beach a picturesque appearance. Setibão Beach is located in Paulo César Vinha State Park and is 13 kilometers away from Guarapari. The beach is surrounded by nature, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Unlike other urban beaches in Guarapari, Setibão Beach is a bit more secluded. While children and sunbathers should exercise caution due to the dangerous waters, surfers and windsurfers will love the challenging waves.
