The beach is fantastic, with a generally peaceful ocean. It's especially serene in the mornings, with only a few people around. It gets a bit busier in the afternoons, but it's still manageable. You can rent stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, as well as umbrellas and chairs. There are also boat trips available in the mornings and afternoons for a fee. Additionally, there are several kiosks and the traditional Bar do Birdinho. At the end of the beach, you'll find the trailhead leading to Guarda do Embaú, Vale da Utopia, Praia do Maço, or Praia da Andorinhas.

What an amazing beach! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was practically empty, even during the peak season in January 2022. The warm water was perfect for swimming and the peaceful sea made for a relaxing day. It's an ideal spot for families with young children, who can play freely while parents unwind. The nearby markets were a bonus, and the overall atmosphere felt exclusive. I can't recommend this beach enough - it's definitely worth a visit! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to include my video, but trust me when I say that this beach is truly stunning.
