When visiting Cape Verde, make sure to venture to the serene shores of Boa Vista. This tranquil destination offers the perfect atmosphere for unwinding and rejuvenating. Having frequented this locale numerous times, I am still drawn to return.

This beach is an absolute gem, a true paradise for those seeking a slice of heaven on earth. The soft sand and crystal clear waters are simply breathtaking, and the gentle breeze is like a soothing balm for the soul. It's hard not to feel relaxed and at peace in such a stunning setting. In fact, it's almost too perfect - one can't help but wonder if it's all a mirage. But no, it's real, and it's simply lovely.

Cabral Beach is a charming spot to take a leisurely walk during the sunset hours or break a sweat with a jog. The Elci bar, conveniently located next to the fabulous pool at Vila Cabral II, is a buzzing hot spot for football matches and socializing. And if you're in need of some refreshments, etc. is the perfect place to grab a bite and a drink. Don't forget to check out the small Jewish cemetery near the Marine Club hotel, a notable landmark of the area's rich history. And the cherry on top? The whole area is set to receive a much-needed upgrade, promising an even more alluring experience. Who says you can't have it all at the beach?

On a peaceful day, we had the pleasure of capturing some fantastic shots of the shipwreck. We were able to get up close and personal with the vessel, and even managed to snap some incredible pictures of the waves crashing against it. Although the journey to the beach is a lengthy one and the road is a bit bumpy, it's definitely worth the effort if you're up for an adventure. We rented a car, which added to the excitement of the trip.
