Restaurant - Itsandra Beach Habana is located right on the beach. I have been living in the village for a few years now, and I used to think this restaurant was just okay. However, after COVID, the new owner took over and started serving some truly amazing food. It is now the best quality food you can find on the island. They always have daily specials, and I have never been disappointed with any of them. The shrimp dishes are made with fresh shrimp and are absolutely delicious. I even had octopus once that was incredibly tender. Last night, I tried the Thai soup and it was so flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately, I can't find any pictures to share at the moment.

I have dined here several times and have never been disappointed; each meal is distinct and delicious. This is not your typical restaurant where you can just order off a menu. You simply stop by and see what Mickey has on hand. This adds to the charm of the experience. The food is always fresh and sourced locally. It is a unique spot that is definitely worth trying out. Mickey is fluent in Comorian, French, and English.
