This beach is an absolute gem for those who love to camp in the wild. Although there are restrictions due to the pandemic and lack of restroom facilities, you can still make the most of your stay by taking responsibility for picking up litter and utilizing nearby rest areas or bars for bathroom needs. I have personally never encountered any issues with law enforcement during my stay here. While it can get crowded on weekends and holidays, it's a peaceful oasis during the week with hardly anyone around. The sunsets are simply breathtaking, and you might even spot some wildlife while lounging under the shade of the numerous coconut trees nearby.

I had the pleasure of residing in the luxurious Cabin #1 and I must say, I would definitely do it again. The abundance of natural beauty and the mesmerizing stargazing experience left me in awe. The sweet melodies of the animals in the background added to the already soothing atmosphere. The food was nothing short of exceptional, a solid treat for the taste buds. I embarked on the hike to Playa Quesera early in the morning, and to my surprise, I arrived before the staff did. It was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip so far. Just a friendly reminder, make sure to secure a ticket at the office before embarking on your journey, it's completely free!

Oh, the joys of staying at the beach during the rainy season! We had the pleasure of experiencing this in May and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure. Falling asleep to the sound of raindrops and waking up to a serene sunrise was a real treat.
Getting to the beach can be quite the challenge, but fear not, with a trusty 4x4 and a reasonable driver, you'll make it there in one piece.
Our accommodation boasted a stunning pool in the backyard with an awe-inspiring view of the horizon. We spent most of our time frolicking in the pool and indulging in a few Netflix binges here and there. Ah, the simple life!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The property was very clean and beautiful, with sightings of howler monkeys and other wildlife on the premises, as well as sting rays in the beach water. This is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you have kids. We were thrilled to find a vegan menu available, and there was another restaurant nearby with vegan options as well. We will definitely be returning, as our experience here was truly special and made even better by the exceptional staff.

Playa Islita, while smaller than its neighboring beaches, boasts a stunning scenery and a luxurious hotel and restaurant that face the ocean. Luckily, the public has plenty of access to the beach and parking is abundant. The swimming conditions are excellent, and beginner surfers can try their hand at catching some waves. Despite recent storms, the beach was surprisingly free of debris and not crowded in late November. While the town is small and authentic, it doesn't offer many amenities beyond a soda and mini supermarket. However, there are several scenic points, a church, and a beautiful roadside waterfall to explore while driving south out of town. If you can find a nearby place to stay or are willing to pay for the upscale beach hotel, Islita is an excellent vacation destination.

I had the pleasure of residing in the luxurious Cabin #1 and I must say, I would definitely do it again. The abundance of natural beauty and the mesmerizing stargazing experience left me in awe. The sweet melodies of the animals in the background added to the already soothing atmosphere. The food was nothing short of exceptional, a solid treat for the taste buds. I embarked on the hike to Playa Quesera early in the morning, and to my surprise, I arrived before the staff did. It was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip so far. Just a friendly reminder, make sure to secure a ticket at the office before embarking on your journey, it's completely free!

The Curu Wildlife beach is an amazing place to visit! It's full of diverse wildlife and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy, such as hiking, sightseeing, kayaking, boating, and more.
