My review is rather about food Schliersee has the exclusive distinction of being the only place that offers a variety of homemade vegan and vegetarian food bowls, along with pasta, pizza, snacks, and beverages. 😍 They also provide plant-based milk alternatives, such as oat milk, for both dine-in and takeout options. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Additionally, there is a natural water fountain available. It is located about a 15-minute drive away from town, specifically on the camping grounds. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are planning to hike around the lake.

Beautiful place, camping facilities are basic but clean , direct on the lake. Train track runs behind the campsite but the last train is at 11pm so that's ok but it can be noisy. SUP boards can be rented here, nice restaurant, good food but make sure you have cash with you.

This place is truly wonderful! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the operators are incredibly kind. We frequently visit and always have a great time, especially with our children❗❗❗ Children are warmly welcomed here. The operators are thrilled to have little guests and understand that everyone starts out small. Other families with toddlers and babies are also present, but it never bothers us. The guardians are mindful of maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, and even when a child is joyfully loud, the bathers don't seem to mind. So, dear families with children, you are more than welcome here (I felt the need to address this because some comments have mentioned the few children, the peace and quiet without children, and the supposed unsuitability for families with young kids. There is a lake where children can play, and they can also have fun on the jetty. It's easy for them to make friends with other kids. Children feel completely at home here ) You can rent SUP boards, and there's fresh cake available daily that looks and tastes homemade. They also offer coffee, shandy, beer, soft drinks, and a wide selection of ice cream. For a small snack, there are plenty of options too The family also cares for sick animals. Currently, there's a parrot in one enclosure and a raven in another. We always feel very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoy our stays We look forward to coming back every time
