When we reach Little Samos (Samiopoula) the beach is within a few meters. People can either swim to the beach or use a small inflatable boat. We then continue to the Church of The Virgin Mary and after we have visited it, there is a short footpath that will take us down to the Evagelistria Monastery, built to be well hidden from pirates in a lush valley. This is the only monastery on Skiathos that is still active and it has a fascinating 200-year history, starting with the making of the first Greek flag. After a tour of the premises and the local museum, which houses a rare collection of icons, relics and traditional costumes, you will get some time on your own before departing. Samiopoula Boat Trip is ideal for our quests who are looking to cruise around leisurely. This small island offers uniquely beautiful white sands and turquoise waters for sunbathing & relaxing. When we reach Little Samos (Samiopoula) the beach is within a few meters. People can either swim to the beach or use a small inflatable boat. There you will have the time to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and have time for swimming/snorkelling for around 1 hour.
