We were extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. Here are a few comments. Starting off with some positive comments: - hotel is pretty, garden is well maintained and it is clean - WiFi connection is strong As for the negatives: - biggest downside of the hotel is staff! Unprofessional, rude with stinking attitude and anger issues. If you don’t tip from day one or order drinks/ food that have extra charge they will become rude and even aggressive. Myself and my friend have been shouted at twice by a member of staff even though we were always friendly and polite towards him. The above mentioned person is Alex who works in the pool bar. Although we have raised our concerns with the management we have not received an apology from him and he continued to throw tantrums till the end of our stay. Absolutely not acceptable. Most of the other staff gave off a vibe that they don’t want to be there and had to customer service skills, no manners. - this is also the first hotel where it was normalised for bar staff to drink on the job. One positive from this was that towards the end of their shift they were more friendly and chatty, but still totally unprofessional. - it is an international hotel where people from all countries come to visit but due to majority (at least during our stay) of the guests being from Germany the staff spoke to us in German, although we asked them multiple times to speak to us in English. Music was also more tailored to German guests and not inclusive to other nationalities visiting the hotel. - food was very repetitive and most of the time cold. - beach is not near the hotel you need to cross the main road to access it and there is no bar or bathroom there. - sun beds are a safety hazard as with the wind and design the back hits you on the head and most guests reserve the beds the night before and you struggle to find a space on the beach and near the pool. In short my review would be: AVOID‼️‼️

Family holiday of myself, my wife, my daughter (2 years old) and in laws. The hotel really is very good. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have good options for all people and ages, remembering it’s an all inclusive hotel. My daughter enjoyed the kids club a few times a day (we did stay with her as we felt more comfortable), however when there is 2 members of staff it’s run well, sometimes there is only one person left to look after a number of kids, there is painting arts and crafts and a good playground to play in. We spent most of our time during the day at the animation pool, where the animation team kept people entertained and the pool and kids pools kept my daughter entertained. A huge shout out to Hedi from the team, he was a huge part of our holiday always taking time to speak to us and put a smile on our faces, my little one took a shining to him as he’s just brilliant at what he does, keeping people entertained and happy on their holiday, thanks Hedi!! The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the local town, Kardamaina. You can spend a while walking the backstreets looking at the shops, plenty of restaurants and places to get a drink too. You can also get a bus to and from Kos old town, which you get right in front of the hotel. A beautiful old town with a lovely harbour and some interesting ruins. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families, we had such a good holiday and may even come back again it was that good!!

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. Here are a few comments. Starting off with some positive comments: - hotel is pretty, garden is well maintained and it is clean - WiFi connection is strong As for the negatives: - biggest downside of the hotel is staff! Unprofessional, rude with stinking attitude and anger issues. If you don’t tip from day one or order drinks/ food that have extra charge they will become rude and even aggressive. Myself and my friend have been shouted at twice by a member of staff even though we were always friendly and polite towards him. The above mentioned person is Alex who works in the pool bar. Although we have raised our concerns with the management we have not received an apology from him and he continued to throw tantrums till the end of our stay. Absolutely not acceptable. Most of the other staff gave off a vibe that they don’t want to be there and had to customer service skills, no manners. - this is also the first hotel where it was normalised for bar staff to drink on the job. One positive from this was that towards the end of their shift they were more friendly and chatty, but still totally unprofessional. - it is an international hotel where people from all countries come to visit but due to majority (at least during our stay) of the guests being from Germany the staff spoke to us in German, although we asked them multiple times to speak to us in English. Music was also more tailored to German guests and not inclusive to other nationalities visiting the hotel. - food was very repetitive and most of the time cold. - beach is not near the hotel you need to cross the main road to access it and there is no bar or bathroom there. - sun beds are a safety hazard as with the wind and design the back hits you on the head and most guests reserve the beds the night before and you struggle to find a space on the beach and near the pool. In short my review would be: AVOID‼️‼️

Family holiday of myself, my wife, my daughter (2 years old) and in laws. The hotel really is very good. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have good options for all people and ages, remembering it’s an all inclusive hotel. My daughter enjoyed the kids club a few times a day (we did stay with her as we felt more comfortable), however when there is 2 members of staff it’s run well, sometimes there is only one person left to look after a number of kids, there is painting arts and crafts and a good playground to play in. We spent most of our time during the day at the animation pool, where the animation team kept people entertained and the pool and kids pools kept my daughter entertained. A huge shout out to Hedi from the team, he was a huge part of our holiday always taking time to speak to us and put a smile on our faces, my little one took a shining to him as he’s just brilliant at what he does, keeping people entertained and happy on their holiday, thanks Hedi!! The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the local town, Kardamaina. You can spend a while walking the backstreets looking at the shops, plenty of restaurants and places to get a drink too. You can also get a bus to and from Kos old town, which you get right in front of the hotel. A beautiful old town with a lovely harbour and some interesting ruins. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families, we had such a good holiday and may even come back again it was that good!!
