It’s not a problem that there’s music all night long—that’s the camp's choice regarding the type of atmosphere they want to create. However:
When you ask very clearly:
1. Are there any parties here?
2. Is there any loud music?
And the employee says NO, as if they aren’t that type of camp, leading you to unpack all your camping gear and settle in for the next 5 days—only to find yourself sitting there at 2:50 AM writing a review because you can’t sleep due to the music—that’s a problem!
I walked around and found out from a few people that there’s music every night until 4 AM (though it depends on the atmosphere and people’s will).
It seems like everyone in the camp knows about this except for the reception staff. 🤔
Giving misinformation to customers is a big mistake in sales and a definite no.
I have only one piece of advice for your customer service, as the song says:
"Don't you know, pump it up, you got to pump it up."
Update: 04:15 AM - Still going strong in "no parties and loud music" camp. Too bad I can not post an audio here 🥲.
I stayed at this beach for 3 days and unfortunately, the electricity was out for 2 of those days. The location was nice, surrounded by trees, but it was situated right in the middle of two busy roads where Diesel-powered trucks were constantly driving by, along with announcement cars starting as early as 6AM. Since dogs were allowed, there was a lot of barking throughout the night. Additionally, motorcycles and cars were allowed to drive onto the campsite at all hours, resulting in continuous noise. If you're hoping for a peaceful night's sleep, I would recommend avoiding this camping spot.
