Now I see why they call this beach one of the best in the Caribbean. Not only is it on a beautiful small peaceful island but it also is full of variety and slightly changing as you go along the shores. One side is close to a mangrove area. If you walk down the beach toward the airport you will see the area i speak of. It is as clear as crystals. Beautiful glistening water that is shallow and calm and WARM. The water around the mangrove area is warm and so so nice you would want to sleep in it. If you were to turn and look down the beach away from the stadium then you will see all the way down to the end of the beach where the water is cooler and deeper but still exceptionally clear and beautiful. Grape trees line the upper edges of the shore and when bearing fruit you can eat those ripe purple fruit till your belly is full. I loved each visit to this beach i hope you enjoy it too. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast overlooking the stunning sea view. The server was incredibly polite and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it.
