The rooms were very good. The tents were equipped with everything for an amazing glamping experience from a heater to proper bathrooms. You step right on to the beach after waking up which was a very unique experience. They provided bicycles to enjoy a ride alongside the coast.
There was a club at one end of the beach which played loud music till 2 30am. It depends if your tents are closer to that you might have a problem sleeping at night.
The quality of the food should definitely be improved . There were a lot of guests that got food poisoning during our stay. All of the members of our group were also affected. This put a big damper on our vacation which could have been wonderful otherwise.
Resort Stay Review – 2/5 Stars
1. Positives:
The location was excellent.
The weather was pleasant and enjoyable.
2. Negatives:
Even after paying 20k per night, the "Royal Suite Tent" was poorly maintained—bedroom and dressing room carpets were soaked, and it took two hours and several calls to reception to address the issue. Still it was unresolved in our entire stay of 3 days.
No room service for regular guests; it’s reserved only for VVIPs, which was frustrating and unfair.
The restaurant tables were booked for some VVIP families and we were asked to manage with other guests in shared tables. Two families including us was waiting though two whole table was vacant but reserved.
Conclusion:
Despite the great location and weather, the poor service, lack of basic amenities, and high costs make this resort hard to recommend.
