On arrival the pitch’s look tight but you do have plenty of space. There are mature trees that offer good shade. The facilities are really good and well maintained.
A nice rock beach at the lake, good for swimming. The views are really breathtaking - so relaxing to swim around while looking at the mountains. Good access with the train from both Milan and Bergamo - with one change in Lecco, takes about 1 hour. A couple bars with food and drinks. Best to take flip flops as walking on the stones can be painful (but its also survivable without them).
