Indeed is not for flip flops and beach trolley to reach there! But IS NOT A DANGEROUS WALK! My 8yo little girl had no issue to climb and walk trough the paths and the rocks. The rocks are very adherent and rounded.
It was very clean, appart from the microplastics on the sand, there was NO LITTER! Actually met a man that was doing litter picking. IF WE ALL WOULD DO A BIT OF LITTER PICKING where we go, the WORLD WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER PLACE!
Probably on high season is very bussy and not that charming ... but we went after 6 pm and stayed until nearly dark, returned with head torches on the last bit. My little girl was so chuffed of her adventure!

This beach is absolutely stunning! We visited on a fairly nice day in October, after the high season had ended. There were no reservations, fees, or parking tickets required. We're not sure if this changes during the high season.
When we arrived at the parking lot (there are several leading up to the beach), we were greeted by a few friendly cats who seemed quite accustomed to human interaction. They came right up to our car. We always carry food and treats for stray cats in Sardegna, so we gave them some.
The beach itself boasts pristine white sand and offers a breathtaking view of the Tavola in the distance. There appear to be options for water toys, scuba trips, and kayaking available directly from the beach. We saw groups coming and going, which suggested these activities are readily accessible.
We went snorkeling and saw some beautiful fish. We might have seen even more, but the weather took a turn and it became quite windy, prompting us to leave the beach to escape the wind. Overall, it's a gorgeous beach and we had a fantastic time.

A fantastic little beach away from the crowds. (La Cinta is an introvert's worst nightmare). It's mostly frequented by locals, Italians, and Germans staying at one of the two nearby resorts. Make sure to bring your own umbrella and supplies. There's a small beach bar that's decent, but renting a couple of chairs and an umbrella costs €40 and there's no WiFi. No thanks, I'll sit on the sand. Visited three times over six days while staying in Murta Maria, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Don't miss IL STANGU restaurant nearby and be sure to order the culurgiones! You'd be missing out if you don't eat there!

Fantastic beach! You have to walk a bit from the car park but it's extremely nice. The bar is quite expensive but really nice and the water is cristal clear.
Later in the afternoon there can be some algees.
