海滩太棒了,它有着洁白无瑕的沙滩。海底感觉就像一张豪华的地毯,非常光滑。”
We had the worst first experience on our first beach immediately after we flew in Sardinia.
We visited the beach and we saw an empty pair of sunbeds available, we put our stuff on and went in the water.
As we were in, we noticed that some guy rushed angrily to our umbrella, threw our stuff (bag and towels) on the sand away from the sunbeds and also kicked over our flip flops as they were rubbish.
We immediately swam out to ask why he did it and he started speaking in Italian thinking that we had to speak the same language too! I confronted him many times and asked to talk in English and why he touched our stuff without our permission! He also refused to give us his name ( wondering why). Of course we couldn't communicate and thankfully we had a relative speaking in Italian that we had to call to and talk to the manager about that incident!
At the end, they apologized and offered us an umbrella.
The only thing they said is that these sunbeds were reserved (something that we should have known in advance somehow apparently!!)
We will definitely not going back there and not give our valuable money to people who behave their customers like rubbish.
I'm really sorry that these people are able to work while others that are kind and hardworking cannot find a job!
Complete disgrace and shame to employers that hire so rude people!
You must train your staff to behave better to people who give their money to you and also require them to speak at least some English as your country relies on tourism.
A star is too much for this horrible behaviour of your staff!
