This beach is truly unique and secluded, accessed by stairs along the cliff. The large pebble rocks make it challenging to relax on a beach chair, so the beach bar provides big air mattresses instead. This is why I jokingly say everyone looks like sea lions here. You can even bring the mattresses into the sea with you.
It's a bit tricky to enter the water without shoes, but not impossible. Like my wife, you may not come out gracefully!
The beach bar offers drinks and antipasto, and rents out the mattresses for 5 euros each. There are plenty of shaded areas in the afternoon on one side of the beach.
The walk down to this tiny, secluded beach is quite steep. Be cautious of the large rocks on the beach and stick to the wooden planks if possible. Inflatable beds are available for rent for lounging. The water is crystal clear and the views are breathtaking. There is a small sandwich shop at the top of the beach that is perfect for grabbing a bite to eat and a beer.
