Rude front desk with an arrogant attitude.
We intended to have breakfast since there's a sign for a café at the restaurant entrance.
Before being seated, I asked to use the restroom.
The man at the front desk chased after me, questioning if I was a hotel guest, and I reiterated that I was there for breakfast.
On my way back, he remarked, "You, the Israelis are all the same."
I showed him my American passport and left this rude and antisemitic establishment.
I'll be having breakfast in a more welcoming environment.
Steer clear of this place. The service is rude, the quality is poor, and they charge extra for everything, including a small bottle of water in the room, which should be included in the price. Additionally, they have a ridiculous policy that you can't use the minibar for your own drinks, forcing you to consume what they provide so they can charge you even more. While the location is okay, they really need to understand the meaning of hospitality and respect for guests. You can find much better options for the same money. This place is on par with a low-quality hostel worth £50 per night. It has no class at all.
