Cons: While the beach boasts crystal clear water, the shore is littered with dead corals, making it painful and difficult to walk into the sea. The restaurant is plagued by flies and mosquitoes, which detracts from the dining experience. The rooms and pool are quite run down due to a lack of maintenance. Issues include a rusty toilet, algae in the pool, and dim lighting in the room. Overall, the room and compound are not well-maintained. Recommendation: Consider buying wearable shoes for swimming in the ocean. It's also advisable to bring your own snorkel mask, as renting one costs RM12 per day. I really hope the management addresses the dead corals and flies—perhaps by removing the corals and installing measures to control the flies. I don't think I'll visit here again. For those considering resorts in Lang Tengah, I recommend Summer Bay. I've visited all the resorts on the island, and Summer Bay remains the best. It's worth spending a bit more for comfort and enjoyment on your holiday trip.
