Upon arrival, please go to the airport lobby to identify the operator. The staff wears an orange t-shirt uniform and beige pants, address them and mention your transfer reservation. For your departure transfer, you must coordinate with the staff the time they will pick you up at the hotel where you are staying in Mazatán. Remember that you must be at the airport 2 hours before to document. Note: The shared service transfer applies only to hotels in the Dorada and Emerald Bay areas. For your departure transfer, you must coordinate with the staff the time they will pick you up at the hotel where you are staying in Mazatán.
