Playa Cantarrijan has an incredible view. There is a fee of €2 for parking and taking the bus down and back. It's labelled as a nudist beach, but the front part is a mix of clothed and nude people. Behind a rock you will find a 100% nudist beach. The two bars have a great selection of food and drinks. Visiting this beach is highly recommended.

Ok so I loved it that much that I moved here. Ok there are a few things to point out though. It is a small village by the sea. There are a lot of foreigners and natives too, also holiday makers. Food is good to amazing, you can't really go wrong. Service is always better in the local places. More friendly more open more fun. The posh looking places, honestly I'm not a big fan of but they serve a purpose. There are some lush hotels to stay in. La Pension being by far the best value for money probably in Europe full stop. The chiringuitos are all fantastic Bueno and Joaquin probably my favourite places. For football and local chat check out el Salon. One place I've forgotten the name of is a hidden gem. Stares with a C. Just enjoy the place and speak to everyone!😜❤️

This beach near Caleta de Velez is great for a day out - there's a beach bar/bar near the port, bathrooms, and the waves are calm. Plus, the sand is gray and there are fewer pebbles than at other beaches in the area like Mezquitilla, so you won't need to wear booties. However, do bear in mind that lifeguard service ends on the 15th of September, so you won't have that extra layer of safety if you visit after that date.

Great swimming location. Met an angry snake on the way down. One or two "unusual" characters hang around here. But no trouble to me on the times I have been there. One guy shouts alot. Maybe don't go alone. This is a real gem however, and not to be missed.

That place is a bit of a trek, but the reward is worth it - the water is so crystal clear you can see your reflection in it! You can rent sunbeds and parasols, and there's plenty of activity around lunchtime, but no natural shade. For the adventurous, there are kayaks and paddleboards available to hire, although the waterfall was sadly dry when we visited. Don't forget to bring your own food and drinks, though - although you can always get a pizza delivered by moped!

Playa de Burriana has it all - a lovely atmosphere, pleasant cafes and restaurants, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Plus, it's blessed with gray sand, making it even more of a paradise.

You'll have to brave the tide and climb over and through some rocks from Calahonda Beach, located next to the Balcón de Europa. If the tide is high, you may find yourself thwarted in your mission, but if you manage to make it, you'll be rewarded with a unique and unforgettable beach experience.

Ok so I loved it that much that I moved here. Ok there are a few things to point out though. It is a small village by the sea. There are a lot of foreigners and natives too, also holiday makers. Food is good to amazing, you can't really go wrong. Service is always better in the local places. More friendly more open more fun. The posh looking places, honestly I'm not a big fan of but they serve a purpose. There are some lush hotels to stay in. La Pension being by far the best value for money probably in Europe full stop. The chiringuitos are all fantastic Bueno and Joaquin probably my favourite places. For football and local chat check out el Salon. One place I've forgotten the name of is a hidden gem. Stares with a C. Just enjoy the place and speak to everyone!😜❤️

Playa Cantarrijan has an incredible view. There is a fee of €2 for parking and taking the bus down and back. It's labelled as a nudist beach, but the front part is a mix of clothed and nude people. Behind a rock you will find a 100% nudist beach. The two bars have a great selection of food and drinks. Visiting this beach is highly recommended.
