I had a peaceful morning at the beach, just me, my sun cream, towel and a bottle of water - and my phone, of course! I saw a few other people, like a dog walker, a motorcyclist, and some guys in a Jeep, although I didn't know vehicles were allowed on the beach. The Jeep got stuck in the sand, but I was able to help them out. Later, I witnessed a strange incident, where an elderly dog walker was verbally and physically assaulting a woman and her dog. I ran over and the man stopped, but the woman was still shaken. I had a great morning and was sorry to leave, but when I returned to my hire car, I found that someone had broken the window. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but it will cost me the price of my holiday to get it fixed. Thanks to the would-be thieves!
