This beach is a true paradise. It's a fantastic place to soak up the sun and relax in the sand. Although it can be difficult to access due to the steep stairs leading down the cliff, it's well worth the effort. The beach is usually quite empty, making it the perfect spot to get away from it all.

That place is a great spot to take the family. With the shallow waters stretching far out, it's a safe spot for the little ones to splash around. There's barely a wave in sight, so you can relax in the water without any worries. Plus, there's a snack bar, camel rides, and toilets for your convenience. If you want, you can even rent sun beds for only 10 euros for two, all day.

We had an amazing week with the family at the beach. The weather was perfect and the beach was gorgeous. Unfortunately, there were some sharp pieces of shell here and there, but they weren't enough to ruin our fun. Thankfully, they didn't get into my sandals and cause any discomfort.

As much as I don't want to share this secret spot I must say a few words about it, firstly it's really a windsurfing and paddle boarding SUP spot, it's actually a good launching spot for kiteboarding to go out to the ocean, but the lagoon isn't big enough to cruise around in. Secondly, I have snorkeled there but there's not much to see below. Thirdly, Swimming isn't that great either because it's just not deep enough in low tide. Best swimming and sunbathing beach is Concha.
Lastly, and most importantly. If you do come to enjoy Playa El Rio and I hope you do, please do a beach garbage sweep. I find it an honor to enjoy this remote spot. So I personally take a few minutes to remove garage about a 10 meter diamater from straws, to cigarette butts, plastic...ect. Hope to see you there and if you do please stop by and say Hello!
Nice quiet place to stay. If you want to swim is not so far from others beaches good spot.

Fantastic wee restaurant, delicious and freshly made food. Very professional and helpful staff. Fast service, good facility. All of this in very attractive prices, in a beautiful setting of nearby beach with sound of crashing waves in the background.

This location is a paradise! The sand is white and delicate, with a hint of golden shimmer, and the view of the ocean is simply incredible. It's not too crowded, but it's not deserted either - there's plenty of people to enjoy the atmosphere with. Plus, there's a parking lot nearby, so it's easy to find a spot. And if you feel like it, you can take a nice walk down the pier. It's like stepping into a postcard of Fuerteventura - the turquoise ocean, the gentle waves, the warm water, and the perfect atmosphere for some serious relaxation and chill.
