The last part of the route is a single track road with few, if any, opportunities to pass. The parking is limited, so you'd better arrive early. made up of stones and black sand, so if you're looking for a soft, sandy surface this isn't the place for you. The pebbles in the shallows can be a bit of a nuisance, as they will wash over your feet and potentially cause cuts. There were two camper vans and a couple of small tents when we arrived - a popular spot to get a nice tan! Busier than we expected, but it's a great place to spend the day.

A great spot for a quiet, secluded getaway. Even in high season, it can feel deserted, so you can truly relax. The descent of 15-20 minutes can be a bit dangerous, so make sure to wear good shoes. At low tide, the beach is spectacular and very peaceful, however it may not be suitable for children.
