在我四次访问拉戈梅拉的过程中，曾在梅迪奥海滩放松了很多天。
我通常住在特基纳花园酒店，步行到海滩大约需40分钟。你可以走弯曲的道路下到海滩，也可以走悬崖边的小道（虽然更快，但可能有点棘手）。你还可以租一辆自行车骑过去，当然也可以开车。某些地方道路不宽，所以在与其他车辆交会时需要小心。那里有一个小停车场，房车可以停在里面。
