Plus, there's a beach bar every 100-200m, so you can rent parasols and beds, grab a bite or a refreshing drink without having to worry about prices. And if that's not enough, there's plenty of water sports to choose from, like jet ski, banana ride, water-skiing, water-boarding, parashooting, etc. Last but not least, the beach is super family-friendly and safe, so you can rest assured that your kids will be in good hands.

We stumbled upon this delightful beach while riding the local tourist train on our first day. We liked it so much that we didn't spend any time at the nearby Platja Els Pilons beach. It's not overly crowded like the main beach and there's always a spot to find. It's especially pleasant in the early morning (before 10am) or in the evening (after 6pm) when there are fewer people around. The water is blue-green and much cleaner than the main beach. You can go in quite far without sinking, just be aware of the buoy area since that's where the nearby kayak/para/banana tour company picks up customers with their speed boat. There's a nearby bar where you can get drinks, food, and rent sunbeds and accessories. Plus, the beach is easily accessible with multiple approaches also catered to people with mobility issues. We visited between 20 to 27 August 2022.

This beach holds a special place in my heart from my childhood and I have a deep love for it. It has a very laid-back atmosphere with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The water and sand are both beautiful, and there are small snack bars along the long beach if you get hungry. Additionally, there are decent restaurants on the boulevard just behind the beach. You can also easily rent various water-related items like small boats and jet skis right there. The overall atmosphere is wonderful. However, over the years, there has been an increase in tourist presence and some pollution at the end of the beach, which is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

It is a long sandy beach, which connects Torredembarra to the Barà arch area, to frame the position. Over 4 km of sand, with the clean and warm water of the Mediterranean in summer that invites you to bathe. There are a few campsites, some neighborhoods of holiday homes, and a couple of large protected natural areas.
Some beach bars guarantee refreshments.
There are also some public showers.
Overall it is very usable and not too busy, which makes it very pleasant.
