Playa Caleta del Congrio is easily accessible for 3 Euros, located just past the now closed caravan campers area in the Papagayo beaches area. A 10 minute walk from Playa Muelas, it's a secluded and clothing-optional beach that is gay friendly. The clear water and golden sand make for a pleasant swim, and one can venture out quite a distance without the water getting too deep. There are no services such as a bar or restrooms, so it's best to bring your own food and water, but the lack of crowds and seaweed make this beach a great alternative to the more popular Papagayo beaches.

I've been to La Penita five times now and it's always a pleasure. It's only fifteen minutes from the nearest beach, and in a bustling area full of restaurants and bars. There's a pool for both kids and adults, as well as a tennis court - rackets and balls can be rented from reception. But what really stands out is the staff; they're attentive but not intrusive, which is why I'm always looking forward to coming back.
Coming back to La Penita for the 5th time. 15 minutes to the closes beach. In busy area of bars and restaurants. Have swimming pool for kids and adults, tennis court and you can hire rackets and balls from reception.
But most importantly the staff is very attentative but yet not in your face. Always looking forward to come back here

That place is the perfect spot for a dip! The crystal clear water and crashing waves make for an idyllic swimming experience. You can rent a mask and snorkel or even take a diving lesson. There's plenty of fish to see, so it's great for snorkelers. You'll hear the sound of the diving compressor, but that's part of the charm. There are free showers, free parking and good vibes, so it's the perfect spot for a day at the beach.

This charming little beach is the perfect spot for a day of fun in the sun. With plenty of shops and restaurants just behind the beach, you can shop until you drop and then jump right into the sand and the sea. It's usually not crowded, which makes it a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sunset without the hustle and bustle of the bigger beaches in the area.

Playa Caleta del Congrio is easily accessible for 3 Euros, located just past the now closed caravan campers area in the Papagayo beaches area. A 10 minute walk from Playa Muelas, it's a secluded and clothing-optional beach that is gay friendly. The clear water and golden sand make for a pleasant swim, and one can venture out quite a distance without the water getting too deep. There are no services such as a bar or restrooms, so it's best to bring your own food and water, but the lack of crowds and seaweed make this beach a great alternative to the more popular Papagayo beaches.

That place is the perfect spot for a dip! The crystal clear water and crashing waves make for an idyllic swimming experience. You can rent a mask and snorkel or even take a diving lesson. There's plenty of fish to see, so it's great for snorkelers. You'll hear the sound of the diving compressor, but that's part of the charm. There are free showers, free parking and good vibes, so it's the perfect spot for a day at the beach.
