Great spot for snorkeling. Lots of corals, starfish and large variety of fish including clown fish. The water is crystal clear.

Beautiful beach. We were almost alone there at high tide and had a fantastic swim!

Wang Long Bay is so beautiful. It's located on Phi Phi Island. You can join a tour here. You can share a tour, or you can even go private with your partner. It looks murkier at low tide because there's no water. But at normal tide, it's beautiful 🤩. My advice is to go early so there aren't too many people and it's not too hot. It's already hot and crowded by midday. Note: You can buy tour packages at Dalum Beach. Each package is around 2,500 baht, but if you bargain, you can get it for as low as 2,300 baht. There are 5 tourist attractions you can visit: Wang Long Bay, Pileh Lagoon, Maya Bay (if you buy an entrance ticket, you can get off at Maya Bay to take photos or play in the water, but if you don't buy an entrance ticket, you can only see Maya Bay from the longtail boat), Viking Cave, Monkey Beach, and Nui Beach.

I really like this hiding place. Often the boatman won't come, you have to ask him to stop by.

Endless water up to your knees and clear sea. This beach is beautiful and well-maintained, but if you want to swim, you have to walk quite a distance. You also have to watch out for the boats going to and from the hotel. Overall, it's lovely and suitable for families with children.

Awesome beach. More of a family beach compared to others. Water is deeper than long beach but this is a quieter more peaceful beach with very good accomodations and awesome bars. Go to Magestic Bar and ask about the late pineapple delivery ! Tell them Chris and Vicki sent you! The owner has the most addictive laugh you will ever come across and they make the best cocktails on Klong Nin.

Pretty basic beach. If you don’t have an umbrella with you - there is no natural shade to hide. But it is definitely good for endless walk.

The most beautiful beach on Phi Phi, very untouristy

Amazing beach, accessible by walking an 1 hour walk from town, which is quite challenging with the sun hitting you all the way or by taking a long tail boat from town for 100 Bath and walk 10 min up the hill at the end long beach. Only one bar at the beach which serves beers and soft drinks and crips, you can only pay with card. There is a toilet facility. Pretty quiet as no resort on the beach, no many visitors.

MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. This was a true CAMPING site, located 2 hours away from Krabi by road and not even in Lanta—1 hour away from Lanta. You need to travel by road, ferry, and then road again to reach this place, which is situated in a village. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL with a serene sea view, but we felt deceived. As tourists wanting to visit Krabi's main town, we thought it was nearby and had no idea how isolated this place would be. Being vegetarians, we struggled as there were no nearby restaurants, and the staff had limited knowledge of vegetarian food. Reaching the place was very expensive and inconvenient. There was no option to cancel, which is why we ended up going all the way there for nothing. The sea was infested with jellyfish, so we couldn't swim or go kayaking. If you want a quiet stay and are a non-vegetarian, this place might suit you. But if you're a tourist looking to explore Krabi and enjoy good food, this place is NOT FOR YOU. We were extremely disappointed, and our 2 days felt wasted because of this place. The staff didn't speak ENGLISH at all, and we had to use a translator to communicate. WE WERE VERY ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED. The owner should clearly state in the description that this location is FAR and not easily accessible.

Lovely beach, lots of hermit crabs 🐚 walking around and a nice bar to enjoy a beer to watch the sunset.

You can bring kids to catch hermit crabs in the afternoon; it's perfect for children. However, this is a rocky beach, so swimming is not allowed. The waves are too big in the morning, so it's not a good time to come.

Famous worldwide from Leonardo DiCaprio's movie - The Beach. Maya Bay is a true paradise on Earth. I am so glad the locals protect it with absolute fierce dedication. There are local rangers everywhere, and I even made friends with one of them. Those guys just speak my mind! He even let me shout via microphone at some of the thoughtless people who were trying to interfere with the natural life and disturb the wildlife. This bay is truly one of the earth's diamonds that we should all protect and respect. Keep your eyes open near the shore as well, as sharks tend to swim right around the bay. A legendary, preserved wonder.

Very relaxed beach in Ko Lanta. Further into the island and less developed and busy with nice forest backdrop. Cleaner but with less facilities compared to the popular beaches.

Very quiet and clean. With a few quiet restaurants at one end overlooking the entire beach.

Beautiful beach. We were almost alone there at high tide and had a fantastic swim!
