The beach is lovely, with white sand and blue water, but getting there is a bit tricky. We walked along a path and rocks. It was a bit of a struggle, but keep in mind that slippers aren't ideal for walking down, and be sure to treat your skin with insect repellent beforehand. There were waves crashing against the rocks, and towards the end, when we were trying to reach the water, I slipped off a rock and fell into the water, hitting the rocks. Be careful! But children can go there too.
We wanted to exit through the hotel, but the security guard said we couldn't (gestured, "Go back the way you came").
The climb back up in wet slippers was quite a joy, first over rocks, then up the path.
I don't know if it was worth it, but we sunbathed and swam a bit, and took some beautiful photos.
See for yourself, but I wouldn't go there on principle.
A stunning, half-empty beach with turquoise water! We rented a bike to the Phuket Provincial Office, and from there there's a path to the beach.
