Our friend's belongings were tampered with and we were left waiting for hours without any resolution or refund. The kitchen was poorly stocked and they even took our own food upon entry. Orders were repeatedly unavailable and we were splashed with beer. Additionally, there was favoritism shown in the boat row and we witnessed inappropriate behavior. Despite being told families with children were not allowed due to an event, we saw many children present. I am considering taking legal action due to the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.
