The area is absolutely stunning. We decided to visit for the sunset after researching the best beaches in Devon for sunsets, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It's a lovely beach to enjoy with our dogs and my friend, with beautiful views all around. The waves are stronger here compared to other beaches in Devon, so be cautious during stormy weather. The path to the small parking area is not ideal for walking barefoot (learned that the hard way 🤣), so I recommend bringing sliders, sandals, or flip flops if you plan on driving back without wet shoes. Despite that, it's definitely worth the visit!

It's a beautiful beach to enjoy with dogs and friends. We had a wonderful time taking in the gorgeous views. The waves here are stronger compared to other beaches in Devon, so keep that in mind if the weather is stormy. The path to the small parking area isn't suitable for walking barefoot (speaking from experience 🤣), so if you plan to take off your shoes on the beach and want to avoid wet shoes on the drive back, I recommend bringing some sliders, sandals, or flip-flops for the walk back to the car. But it's 100% worth it!
