I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this so-called "luxury" 4-star resort. As a family of four, including a baby, we were expecting top-tier service. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far from what one would expect from a place that claims to offer high-end accommodations and customer service.
Upon arrival, we had a simple issue with our booking (through Booking.com), which should have been easily resolved. Instead of receiving the attention and care you would expect at a luxury establishment, we were left waiting for hours with no clear communication or progress. The reception staff showed zero initiative or understanding, and we were made to feel completely neglected during what should have been an exciting part of our trip.
In the end, due to the complete lack of resolution, we were forced to leave the resort at the last minute and scramble to find alternative accommodation. Not only did the manager fail to apologize or take responsibility for the situation, but there was no attempt to offer any sort of solution or remedy. It was as if they simply didn’t care at all about the inconvenience caused.
This was supposed to be a 4-star luxury resort — Instead, we felt like we were a nuisance. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and proactivity was shocking and completely unacceptable.
Given the poor treatment we received, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone. If you're looking for a truly luxurious experience, this is not the place. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment — look elsewhere. We will certainly never return.
