We were there by bike. The rock in the lake is accessible, in contrast to the mountains in the mountains, the summit book is missing... ;-)
A nice place but the way there was very difficult. Little to no signs or maps and we didn't really know how to get there... after 2 1/2 hours of wandering we arrived. As I said, it's nice but getting there first is very adventurous
