Choosing a private tour means exploring the sea in complete freedom — away from the crowds and at your own pace. Departing from Monopoli, you will sail with your group — whether they are friends, family or a special someone — along one of the most picturesque stretches of the Apulian coast. Sail through hidden coves, admire cliffs overlooking the sea and dive into crystal clear waters. Enjoy the freedom to customize your stops and savor every moment calmly. A traditional Apulian aperitif awaits you on board, carefully prepared: focaccia from Bari, assorted artisan taralli, a frisella with fresh tomatoes and basil, a glass of prosecco or a soft drink and, finally, fresh seasonal fruit. Perfect for romantic getaways, special occasions or simply to give yourself an authentic and exclusive experience at sea — in total privacy.

We will taste the typical Apulian focaccia freshly baked by Giovanni, accompanied by a glass of wine. Afterwards, before returning to Alberobello, we will stop at the pastry shop of Signora Maria to taste the almond sweets of our tradition. On the way back we will consume seasonal fruits, picking them directly from the trees (cherries, figs, fioroni, pears, blackberries, mulberries). It won't be a tourist experience, not a classic e-bike tour but a little adventure: local life, away from crowded places. *Minimum height required for participants 163 cm (5'4 ft)
