Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Egypt. We celebrated our wedding there and spent a week with 100 of our guests from 18 different countries. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing attentive service and demonstrating the warm hospitality that Egypt is known for. The atmosphere of the place is incredibly peaceful, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. Additionally, the food in all of the restaurants surpassed our expectations. It's worth mentioning that the hotel management went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding and ensure our guests were taken care of throughout our entire stay. This hotel truly feels like a home away from home, and we will definitely be returning every year with many of our friends who also fell in love with this enchanting destination.

There were no animations except for a male animator who threatened the lives of other Polish women. The receptionist did not take responsibility for the man or allow the girls to call the police on him. The air conditioning was not working because, according to the receptionist, it's winter and 27 degrees or higher is considered normal. The food variety was low, with no real butter, only margarine, and very little cake or seafood. There were plenty of biting flies in the room, and mice that started eating our packed lunch for the flight straight from the suitcase in the room. The hotel workers were only nice to old money (German old folks), but they were very slow and forgetful when it came to young visitors like us. I do not recommend taking the taxi service provided by the hotel, as it's a scam. The driver will only take you to an old deserted construction site and then refuse to let you go shopping where you want, only allowing you to visit his friend's shop. If you try to do something else, he will scare you. Despite all these negative experiences, I will give one star for the beautiful gardens.

The hotel had both amazing and terrible aspects. Despite the great snorkeling, spacious rooms, and enjoyable spa experience (with a fantastic massage therapist named Rasha), I would not recommend staying here. I didn't research or read reviews beforehand During our first day, I tried to get towels for my family, but the staff at the towel station informed me that I needed towel cards, which were never mentioned or given to us during check-in. I had to walk back to reception from the beach to request the towel cards. Once again, there was no explanation provided, and the staff handed me six cards. Throughout our stay, when we returned our towels, the staff often didn't have towel cards but assured us to find them in the morning, as they would remember how many towels we had taken. It seemed like a disorganized system, so on the last afternoon, I left my towels at the pool station without asking for towel cards. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. During the check-out process, the assistant manager informed me that I would be charged 20 Euros per laminated towel card. I firmly refused to pay such a fee. As I speak Arabic and live in Egypt, I can assure any foreigners traveling to the Red Sea that this is not a normal practice of Egyptian hospitality. I explained that I had misunderstood the situation, which caused the assistant manager to become increasingly agitated. At one point, I even invited him to search through my suitcases in the car to prove that I wasn't stealing towels. I had made assumptions based on how the towel cards were handled by the hotel staff (as an afterthought), and although I shouldn't have, I was not going to pay. Eventually, our friends intervened, and the assistant manager boldly lied, claiming that he wasn't discussing charging me money. However, as I understood Arabic, I overheard his complaints about me to my Egyptian friend who was traveling with us. The situation was eventually smoothed over by my friend, but it left a very negative impression on me. There were other instances where we felt deceived, including the diving trip we paid for. I believe it's crucial to be aware of what you're getting into when choosing this hotel.

We had a family vacation for 5 nights and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The staff, especially Mr. Wael the deputy manager, took amazing care of us. The food was excellent and there were always open bars for refreshments. The Aqua park was a lot of fun and not crowded, so we were able to truly enjoy our time. There were multiple pools throughout the resort and golf carts available to take us wherever we wanted to go. This visit definitely won't be our last one to this resort.

There are several reasons why this beach is truly enjoyable. Firstly, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that allows for relaxation. Secondly, the service provided is exceptional. Thirdly, all the staff members are incredibly friendly. Lastly, you'll be able to indulge in a variety of activities and find everything you desire for a perfect holiday.

We stayed at PickAlbatros Sea World for 11 days, and I must say, the hotel is fantastic. It's big, spacious, and incredibly peaceful. The abundance of swimming pools is quite impressive, and they never seem to be overcrowded. There are also plenty of spots to sunbathe, so finding a place is never an issue (although reservations aren't allowed, some people still manage to snag a spot at 7am). One thing that really stood out to us was how impeccably clean everything was. The staff was constantly busy with cleaning and maintenance, even in the early hours of the morning, which was truly remarkable. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds. However, the food was quite disappointing. There was hardly any variety, and it became repetitive after a while. Unfortunately, a few days after returning home, we experienced stomach issues, which we believe may have been partly caused by the bottled water served at the hotel. The staff was generally friendly, but it seemed that they preferred German guests. There were a few instances where we felt ignored, while guests from Germany sitting next to us received excellent service. We would have appreciated being spoken to in English rather than German. Overall, I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10, or even 11, if the food had been better.
