Περάσαμε φανταστικά στο ξενοδοχείο Steigenberger. Η υπηρεσία που παρέχεται από τη ρεσεψιόν, τις τραπεζαρίες και το προσωπικό ήταν κορυφαία. Η παραλία για κολύμπι ήταν λίγο με τα πόδια, αλλά ακόμα εύκολα προσβάσιμη και θα μπορούσατε να ζητήσετε ένα καλάθι αν χρειαστεί. Η παραλία είχε μια σανίδα κατάδυσης, ιδανική για να πηδήξετε στα κρυστάλλινα νερά. Η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα για να δείτε τα κοράλλια και τα ψάρια ήταν σε μικρή απόσταση. Το νερό τον Οκτώβριο και τον Νοέμβριο ήταν υπέροχα καθαρό, καθαρό και ζεστό.

Μακάρι να ήξερα τι άρωμα διαχέεται παντού για να μπορέσω να το αγοράσω. Αυτή είναι μια εμπειρία που θα θυμάμαι πάντα!

Furthermore, the reception is well staffed but not much attention is paid to the staff. We had to wait some time for our room even though it was already after 2pm, and this room also had slight mould in the bathroom. Here the first time contact with the guest service, which will take care of the concern and I should come a little later to the Rezetion for a room change. No sooner said than done, but there was no information at the reception about a room change and we were offered an upgrade to another category, which I strictly refused because I wanted a mould-free room. After a long time, we were given another room.
There was supposed to be a heated relax pool, but apparently the heating was defective, this could ba happen, so it was 25 degrees, three days before our departure the pool was heated and had 31 degrees, but the day after it was 28 degrees and the next day 25 degrees again although the heating should still not working or in my opinion has stooped.
We also wanted to know from guest relationship management whether the pick-up time for the transfer to the airport was OK. I am still waiting for this answer today!
I know from other hotels that the management or at least the guest service mingles with the guests to find out if everything is in order, unfortunately the management doesn't seem to care and the guest service either has no competence or doesn't care either. So this position could be saved, as it is of no use if it cannot/will not help!
Now to the positive staff: the waiters really give their all and also the pool attendants, who are really great people.
I would come again, because of the waiters and pool attendants in any case, because of the management rather no, other hotel groups can do that much better and also face the reality in front of the guests. Conclusion, I see great potential for improvement in the management and reception.
Jaz Solaya in Marsa Alam, Egypt, is a perfect destination for a family winter holiday. This cozy resort offers everything you need within close proximity, including heated pools and a stunning sandy beach with an amazing coral reef teeming with marine life, beautiful fish, octopuses, turtles, and even dolphins! There are plenty of loungers available, and the water park is a paradise for children. The spacious rooms are impeccably clean, and the friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar is great, and the food, including local specialties, is delicious. With excellent animations, a playground, and the proximity to pools and the beach, there's also plenty of peace and relaxation in comfortable surroundings. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent and provides great care for its guests. I have stayed here three times already and have no regrets.
Every staff member, from the gardeners and janitors to the bartenders and waiters, is extremely friendly and helpful. The cuisine is also excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. There are three different pools and three outdoor bars, so everyone can find a nice spot for themselves.
Last year, there were some issues with the WiFi, but they have made improvements and now it works perfectly. Any issues you may have with your room are also promptly fixed, you just need to inform the reception. That's a major plus!
In my opinion, there are two minor drawbacks - I wish there was a non-smoking area at the pools and no children's area at the pools and restaurant (such as the largest pool). I would be able to relax better without having to breathe in cigarette smoke or listen to children screaming. However, it is still a very good hotel that is definitely worth visiting.

Πρόσφατα έμεινα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και είχα μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα φιλόξενο, φιλικό και πάντα έτοιμο να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Η διαδικασία check-in ήταν ομαλή και γρήγορη, και ήμουν ευχάριστα έκπληκτος από το πόσο καθαρό και ευρύχωρο ήταν το δωμάτιό μου.
Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, και εκτίμησα τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως το δωρεάν εμφιαλωμένο νερό, τα καλλυντικά και το καλά γεμάτο μίνι μπαρ. Το δωμάτιο είχε επίσης μια όμορφη θέα, που έκανε τις πρωινές μου στιγμές ακόμη καλύτερες.
Ένα από τα κύρια σημεία της διαμονής μου ήταν το πρωινό – μια πλούσια επιλογή από φρέσκα τρόφιμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων φρούτων, γλυκισμάτων, αυγών και τοπικών σπεσιαλιτέ. Το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν προσεκτικό και φρόντισε να είναι όλα τέλεια.

This resort provided one of the most memorable vacation experiences for our family. The front desk staff greeted us with exceptional friendliness as soon as we arrived. All the services we encountered were highly professional and welcoming. The room service, overseen by Mr. Mohamed Attia, consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness and neatness.
The quality of the food and the service from the food court staff were exceptional and something to be proud of. Every staff member treated us like family, not just as guests.

We loved staying at the Mövenpick Hotel. The location was beautifully designed. The breeze of the ocean could be felt everywhere. Although it was almost booked out it never felt busy! We enjoyed a very relaxed stay. Staff was very attentive, friendly and made sure our expectations were met - and even beyond.
The little bay is perfect for families with kids. You can snorkel directly from the beach. The corals and the variety of fish is quite impressive. It was even visited by a group of dolphins. The reef is beautiful and the diving school offers great service.
The only plus would be bigger rooms. 3 persons and three luggage, one bedroom was narrow. Next time I’d book a bigger room.
All in all, we definitely recommend a stay here. Especially, knowing how other hotels in Hurghada are… and we’ll be back.
First night we checked in we got a room that was so small the bed was totally on the wall on one side so that one of us would have to crawl in and out ( we are both 50+ with knee problems, which we emailed about). When we told reception this room was not good enough for us they moved us to a bigger room. This one was outdated, with worn out furniture and very far from the main pool/building/beach. Eventually after one night we got moved to the 3rd room. This was a very nicely renovated room close to all the facilities. Miryam from reception really did her best to get us this room and we could finally start our holiday!
In general the hotel has a very relaxed feel about it. The low and the natural colors of the buildings gave a feeling of tranquility and beauty. No loud music, no constant sales for trips or extra activity. The calmness was very welkom.
Staff was OK. Except Miryam who was exceptionally bright and welcoming, I felt a lot of employees where just going through the motion. Nothing unpleasant, nothing fantastic.
Beach position, coral reef= amazing!!
When we requested an extension price quote because I was not feeling good enough to go home, they gave us such high rates that we decided to move to another 5* hotel who offered better (all inclusive) prices. We were surprised we did not get a competitive offer or discount from Movenpick as we already were there. But then again, the transfer to the other hotel went smoothly.

Το ξενοδοχείο στην Αίγυπτο ήταν απολύτως εκπληκτικό! Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, μας υποδέχτηκαν με ζεστά χαμόγελα και εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα, κομψά σχεδιασμένα και προσέφεραν εκπληκτική θέα στη Ερυθρά Θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό ξεπέρασε τον εαυτό του για να εξασφαλίσει την άνεσή μας, πάντα προσεκτικό και φιλικό. Οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου ήταν απαράμιλλες, με μια παρθένα πισίνα, ένα πολυτελές σπα και πολλά εστιατόρια που σερβίρουν νόστιμη κουζίνα. Η ιδιωτική παραλία ήταν πραγματικός παράδεισος – μαλακή άμμος, κρυστάλλινα νερά και πολλές ξαπλώστρες. Όλα ήταν απίστευτα καθαρά και καλά συντηρημένα. Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο προσέφερε μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία, και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Το θέρετρο είναι φανταστικό, με προσωπικό που είναι πολύ προσεκτικό και μια υπέροχη ομάδα καταδύσεων. Έχει λάβει υψηλές βαθμολογίες από τους επισκέπτες. Παρόλο που το θέρετρο βρίσκεται στη μέση της έρημου, υπάρχουν αρκετές δραστηριότητες επί τόπου για να διασκεδάζουν άνθρωποι όλων των ηλικιών. Επιπλέον, οι επισκέπτες έχουν τη δυνατότητα να κλείσουν εκδρομές αν θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν πέρα από το θέρετρο.
Αυτή ήταν η τρίτη φορά που επιστρέφω σε αυτό το θέρετρο! Είναι πάντα καταπληκτικό, όλοι είναι τόσο φιλικοί και υπέροχοι, υπάρχει τόση πολλή δραστηριότητα, οι παραστάσεις είναι θαυμάσιες και οι τάξεις καταπληκτικές!
Παρακολούθησα τις συνεδρίες τοξοβολίας καθημερινά, που διευθύνονταν από τον Σιάν, ένα από τα μέλη της ομάδας ψυχαγωγίας και είχα υπέροχες στιγμές! Ευχαριστώ όλους για τις υπέροχες διακοπές!!

Great Experience with an Amazing Animation Team!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The whole resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was excellent.
One of the best parts of the stay was the animation team—they made the experience even more enjoyable! They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure guests were having a great time. A special shoutout to Bobby, who was especially fun and engaging! His enthusiasm and positive attitude made a big difference, and he always made sure everyone felt welcome.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and entertaining vacation. I would definitely come back!
My stay at the hotel was amazing! Aurora led fantastic yoga sessions that really helped set a great atmosphere for the day. Berta who led the best aquagym classes – they were lively, fun, and full of energy. Mustafa and Ayman at reception were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.
Keroles, the housekeeper, kept my room in perfect shape – always spotless and comfortable. And the waiters and bartender Amrfadi, Mohamed Nassr, and Mohamed Yousef, were all super friendly, always greeting me with a smile and making dining a pleasure.
I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!

Η Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι είναι μία από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες που έχω δει ποτέ! Οι αποχρώσεις του τιρκουάζ είναι απίστευτες! Ήταν πολύ αέρας όταν ήμασταν εκεί (την μετατρέπουν σε πληρωμένη παραλία με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστείς - πράγμα που μπορεί να μην είναι και το καλύτερο, αν αναλογιστείς ότι ο κοραλλιογενής ύφαλος είναι αρκετά κατεστραμμένος) και το νερό ήταν πολύ κρύο. Παρ' όλα αυτά το αγαπήσαμε και ήμασταν πολύ χαρούμενοι που ήμασταν εκεί!
It is amazing place with unbelievable views under water the reefs here are colorful eye-catching and a lot of fish with all colours... I advise all ppl to vist this place my next stop will be El Kalaan Beach to see the Mangarof Tree

We booked this trip through our hotel with easyJet for £70 per adult and half price for children. The package included transportation and lunch on the island, and it was definitely worth the cost. The beach was beautiful with clear water, making me feel like I was in the Maldives.

It was a great day trip to the beach, although it was quite windy and the permanent shelters made it hard to catch some sun at most of the beds. The snorkeling experience was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a buffet where you could help yourself to a variety of hot dishes. It was a very relaxing trip as nobody bothered you on the beach to buy drinks or things. They even provided snorkels, masks, and flippers for free.

Μία από τις καλύτερες παραλίες που έχουν υπάρξει ποτέ. Κρυστάλλινα νερά, λευκή άμμος, όμορφοι κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι, ποιος μπορεί να θέλει περισσότερα; Εξαιρετικοί κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι ξεκινούν 20 μέτρα από την ακτή και επεκτείνονται αλλά στην πραγματικότητα αυτοί κοντά στο Royal Tulip hotel όπου έμεινα ήταν καλύτεροι. Ωραία σκιερά μέρη που διαχειρίζονται οι τοπικοί Βεδουίνοι που σερβίρουν τσάι και καφέ. Υπάρχουν τουαλέτες αλλά όχι ντους.
Η παραλία Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι, που βρίσκεται στη Μάρσα Άλαμ, είναι ένα κρυφό κόσμημα για τους λάτρεις της φύσης και όσους αναζητούν ηρεμία. Με τα κρυστάλλινα τυρκουάζ νερά και τις παρθένες λευκές αμμουδιές της, προσφέρει το ιδανικό σημείο για κολύμπι, snorkeling και χαλάρωση σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Η υποθαλάσσια θαλάσσια ζωή είναι πλούσια, με πολύχρωρους κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλους και εξωτικά ψάρια, καθιστώντας την ένα όνειρο για τους δύτες και τους snorkelers. Αυτή η παραλία που κρύβεται στα μανγκρόβια ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Η ανέγγιχτη ομορφιά της φύσης ήταν σε πλήρη επίδειξη με κρυστάλλινα γαλάζια ουρανούς και θάλασσες. Η περιοχή δεν ήταν υπερβολικά ανεπτυγμένη, με μόνο ένα γραφικό τεύχος και μερικά τουριστικά καταστήματα που πουλούσαν βραχιόλια.
Ένα κομμάτι του παραδείσου στη Γη, τόσο ήσυχο και γαλήνιο και οι ντόπιοι είναι πολύ φιλικοί. Το λάτρεψα τόσο πολύ!

Οι κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι είναι οι καλύτεροι και οι ειρηνικές χελώνες κάνουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία. Πήρα ακόμη και μερικές μεγάλες λήψεις με τη φωτογραφική μηχανή μου.

Το μέρος είναι εκπληκτικό. Το προσωπικό στα εστιατόρια συνέστησε νόστιμα ποτά, τόσο με όσο και χωρίς αλκοόλ. Το τοπίο είναι απίστευτα όμορφο. Ήμουν απογοητευμένος που δεν είδα καμιά χελώνες, αλλά η μαμά και η θεία μου ήταν αρκετά τυχεροί για να εντοπίσουν δύο. Τα ψάρια είναι επίσης εντυπωσιακά. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι η αριστερή πλευρά της παραλίας είχε μια πράσινη σημαία, ενώ η δεξιά πλευρά είχε μια κόκκινη σημαία λόγω ισχυρών ανέμων.

I have had a mixed experience with this hotel as a long-standing Accor member. I have traveled to multiple Accor facilities, and unfortunately, this is the least desirable hotel I have been to.
On the positive side, the facilities in the hotel are fantastic, and the rooms are great. It is a hotel with a lot of amenities. The staff, except for the concierge, are also amazing and will make your experience pleasant.
However, there are some negative aspects. The front of house has a poor process of welcoming guests. There were issues with the booking that were ignored until I requested to meet a manager who was able to resolve the concern.
Additionally, the cleaning of rooms is not up to par. It is the only Accor hotel I have been to where you need to put a sign at the front door and call them to clean your room. If you don't call them, they won't clean it.
The checkout process is also poor. They advise your final bill, but then, due to their incompetence, they chase you down in the hotel because they have missed charging you for certain items. This shows the inexperience at the front counter.
Furthermore, it is the only Accor hotel I have been to where they will not allow you to access the benefits of the program if you haven't booked directly. All other hotels under Accor will give you the dining discount.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and more importantly, I hope the Accor team also sees this.

Περάσαμε φανταστικά στο ξενοδοχείο Steigenberger. Η υπηρεσία που παρέχεται από τη ρεσεψιόν, τις τραπεζαρίες και το προσωπικό ήταν κορυφαία. Furthermore, the reception is well staffed but not much attention is paid to the staff. We had to wait some time for our room even though it was already after 2pm, and this room also had slight mould in the bathroom. Here the first time contact with the guest service, which will take care of the concern and I should come a little later to the Rezetion for a room change. No sooner said than done, but there was no information at the reception about a room change and we were offered an upgrade to another category, which I strictly refused because I wanted a mould-free room. After a long time, we were given another room.
There was supposed to be a heated relax pool, but apparently the heating was defective, this could ba happen, so it was 25 degrees, three days before our departure the pool was heated and had 31 degrees, but the day after it was 28 degrees and the next day 25 degrees again although the heating should still not working or in my opinion has stooped.
We also wanted to know from guest relationship management whether the pick-up time for the transfer to the airport was OK. I am still waiting for this answer today!
I know from other hotels that the management or at least the guest service mingles with the guests to find out if everything is in order, unfortunately the management doesn't seem to care and the guest service either has no competence or doesn't care either. So this position could be saved, as it is of no use if it cannot/will not help!
Now to the positive staff: the waiters really give their all and also the pool attendants, who are really great people.
I would come again, because of the waiters and pool attendants in any case, because of the management rather no, other hotel groups can do that much better and also face the reality in front of the guests. Conclusion, I see great potential for improvement in the management and reception.
Jaz Solaya in Marsa Alam, Egypt, is a perfect destination for a family winter holiday. This cozy resort offers everything you need within close proximity, including heated pools and a stunning sandy beach with an amazing coral reef teeming with marine life, beautiful fish, octopuses, turtles, and even dolphins! There are plenty of loungers available, and the water park is a paradise for children. The spacious rooms are impeccably clean, and the friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar is great, and the food, including local specialties, is delicious. With excellent animations, a playground, and the proximity to pools and the beach, there's also plenty of peace and relaxation in comfortable surroundings. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent and provides great care for its guests. I have stayed here three times already and have no regrets.
Every staff member, from the gardeners and janitors to the bartenders and waiters, is extremely friendly and helpful. The cuisine is also excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. There are three different pools and three outdoor bars, so everyone can find a nice spot for themselves.
Last year, there were some issues with the WiFi, but they have made improvements and now it works perfectly. Any issues you may have with your room are also promptly fixed, you just need to inform the reception. That's a major plus!
In my opinion, there are two minor drawbacks - I wish there was a non-smoking area at the pools and no children's area at the pools and restaurant (such as the largest pool). I would be able to relax better without having to breathe in cigarette smoke or listen to children screaming. However, it is still a very good hotel that is definitely worth visiting.

This resort provided one of the most memorable vacation experiences for our family. The front desk staff greeted us with exceptional friendliness as soon as we arrived. All the services we encountered were highly professional and welcoming. The room service, overseen by Mr. Mohamed Attia, consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness and neatness.

We loved staying at the Mövenpick Hotel. The location was beautifully designed. The breeze of the ocean could be felt everywhere. Although it was almost booked out it never felt busy! We enjoyed a very relaxed stay. Staff was very attentive, friendly and made sure our expectations were met - and even beyond.
The little bay is perfect for families with kids. You can snorkel directly from the beach. The corals and the variety of fish is quite impressive. It was even visited by a group of dolphins. The reef is beautiful and the diving school offers great service.
The only plus would be bigger rooms. 3 persons and three luggage, one bedroom was narrow. Next time I’d book a bigger room.
All in all, we definitely recommend a stay here. Especially, knowing how other hotels in Hurghada are… and we’ll be back.
First night we checked in we got a room that was so small the bed was totally on the wall on one side so that one of us would have to crawl in and out ( we are both 50+ with knee problems, which we emailed about). When we told reception this room was not good enough for us they moved us to a bigger room. This one was outdated, with worn out furniture and very far from the main pool/building/beach. Eventually after one night we got moved to the 3rd room. This was a very nicely renovated room close to all the facilities. Miryam from reception really did her best to get us this room and we could finally start our holiday!
In general the hotel has a very relaxed feel about it. The low and the natural colors of the buildings gave a feeling of tranquility and beauty. No loud music, no constant sales for trips or extra activity. The calmness was very welkom.
Staff was OK. Except Miryam who was exceptionally bright and welcoming, I felt a lot of employees where just going through the motion. Nothing unpleasant, nothing fantastic.
Beach position, coral reef= amazing!!
When we requested an extension price quote because I was not feeling good enough to go home, they gave us such high rates that we decided to move to another 5* hotel who offered better (all inclusive) prices. We were surprised we did not get a competitive offer or discount from Movenpick as we already were there. But then again, the transfer to the other hotel went smoothly.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα, κομψά σχεδιασμένα και προσέφεραν εκπληκτική θέα στη Ερυθρά Θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό ξεπέρασε τον εαυτό του για να εξασφαλίσει την άνεσή μας, πάντα προσεκτικό και φιλικό. Οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου ήταν απαράμιλλες, με μια παρθένα πισίνα, ένα πολυτελές σπα και πολλά εστιατόρια που σερβίρουν νόστιμη κουζίνα. Η ιδιωτική παραλία ήταν πραγματικός παράδεισος – μαλακή άμμος, κρυστάλλινα νερά και πολλές ξαπλώστρες. Όλα ήταν απίστευτα καθαρά και καλά συντηρημένα. Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο προσέφερε μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία, και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Το θέρετρο είναι φανταστικό, με προσωπικό που είναι πολύ προσεκτικό και μια υπέροχη ομάδα καταδύσεων. Έχει λάβει υψηλές βαθμολογίες από τους επισκέπτες. Great Experience with an Amazing Animation Team!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The whole resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was excellent.
One of the best parts of the stay was the animation team—they made the experience even more enjoyable! They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure guests were having a great time. A special shoutout to Bobby, who was especially fun and engaging! His enthusiasm and positive attitude made a big difference, and he always made sure everyone felt welcome.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and entertaining vacation. I would definitely come back!
My stay at the hotel was amazing! Aurora led fantastic yoga sessions that really helped set a great atmosphere for the day. Berta who led the best aquagym classes – they were lively, fun, and full of energy. Mustafa and Ayman at reception were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.
Keroles, the housekeeper, kept my room in perfect shape – always spotless and comfortable. And the waiters and bartender Amrfadi, Mohamed Nassr, and Mohamed Yousef, were all super friendly, always greeting me with a smile and making dining a pleasure.
I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!

Η Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι είναι μία από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες που έχω δει ποτέ! Οι αποχρώσεις του τιρκουάζ είναι απίστευτες! Ήταν πολύ αέρας όταν ήμασταν εκεί (την μετατρέπουν σε πληρωμένη παραλία με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστείς - πράγμα που μπορεί να μην είναι και το καλύτερο, αν αναλογιστείς ότι ο κοραλλιογενής ύφαλος είναι αρκετά κατεστραμμένος) και το νερό ήταν πολύ κρύο. Παρ' όλα αυτά το αγαπήσαμε και ήμασταν πολύ χαρούμενοι που ήμασταν εκεί!
It is amazing place with unbelievable views under water the reefs here are colorful eye-catching and a lot of fish with all colours... I advise all ppl to vist this place my next stop will be El Kalaan Beach to see the Mangarof Tree

We booked this trip through our hotel with easyJet for £70 per adult and half price for children. The package included transportation and lunch on the island, and it was definitely worth the cost. The beach was beautiful with clear water, making me feel like I was in the Maldives.

It was a great day trip to the beach, although it was quite windy and the permanent shelters made it hard to catch some sun at most of the beds. The snorkeling experience was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a buffet where you could help yourself to a variety of hot dishes. It was a very relaxing trip as nobody bothered you on the beach to buy drinks or things. They even provided snorkels, masks, and flippers for free.

Κρυστάλλινα νερά, λευκή άμμος, όμορφοι κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι, ποιος μπορεί να θέλει περισσότερα; Εξαιρετικοί κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι ξεκινούν 20 μέτρα από την ακτή και επεκτείνονται αλλά στην πραγματικότητα αυτοί κοντά στο Royal Tulip hotel όπου έμεινα ήταν καλύτεροι. Ωραία σκιερά μέρη που διαχειρίζονται οι τοπικοί Βεδουίνοι που σερβίρουν τσάι και καφέ. Υπάρχουν τουαλέτες αλλά όχι ντους.
Η παραλία Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι, που βρίσκεται στη Μάρσα Άλαμ, είναι ένα κρυφό κόσμημα για τους λάτρεις της φύσης και όσους αναζητούν ηρεμία. Με τα κρυστάλλινα τυρκουάζ νερά και τις παρθένες λευκές αμμουδιές της, προσφέρει το ιδανικό σημείο για κολύμπι, snorkeling και χαλάρωση σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Η υποθαλάσσια θαλάσσια ζωή είναι πλούσια, με πολύχρωρους κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλους και εξωτικά ψάρια, καθιστώντας την ένα όνειρο για τους δύτες και τους snorkelers. Αυτή η παραλία που κρύβεται στα μανγκρόβια ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Η ανέγγιχτη ομορφιά της φύσης ήταν σε πλήρη επίδειξη με κρυστάλλινα γαλάζια ουρανούς και θάλασσες. Η περιοχή δεν ήταν υπερβολικά ανεπτυγμένη, με μόνο ένα γραφικό τεύχος και μερικά τουριστικά καταστήματα που πουλούσαν βραχιόλια.
Ένα κομμάτι του παραδείσου στη Γη, τόσο ήσυχο και γαλήνιο και οι ντόπιοι είναι πολύ φιλικοί. Το λάτρεψα τόσο πολύ!

Το μέρος είναι εκπληκτικό. Το προσωπικό στα εστιατόρια συνέστησε νόστιμα ποτά, τόσο με όσο και χωρίς αλκοόλ. Το τοπίο είναι απίστευτα όμορφο. Ήμουν απογοητευμένος που δεν είδα καμιά χελώνες, αλλά η μαμά και η θεία μου ήταν αρκετά τυχεροί για να εντοπίσουν δύο. Τα ψάρια είναι επίσης εντυπωσιακά. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι η αριστερή πλευρά της παραλίας είχε μια πράσινη σημαία, ενώ η δεξιά πλευρά είχε μια κόκκινη σημαία λόγω ισχυρών ανέμων.

Ουάου, τόσο υπέροχο, όμορφο, καθαρό ρηχό νερό ιδανικό για παιδιά, 30 λεπτά ταξίδι με βάρκα από τη Χουργκάδα.

Οι δωμάτια είναι εξαιρετικά και προσφέρουν υπέροχη θέα. Ωστόσο, τα δωμάτια που βρίσκονται μακριά από την κύρια περιοχή απαιτούν ηλεκτρικά καρότσια για μεταφορά. Το μπουφέ είναι πολυτελές, αλλά οι επιλογές για χορτοφάγους είναι περιορισμένες. Παρά τις αιτήσεις μας, φαίνεται ότι δεν κατανοούν καλά την χορτοφαγική διατροφή. I have had a mixed experience with this hotel as a long-standing Accor member. I have traveled to multiple Accor facilities, and unfortunately, this is the least desirable hotel I have been to.
On the positive side, the facilities in the hotel are fantastic, and the rooms are great. It is a hotel with a lot of amenities. The staff, except for the concierge, are also amazing and will make your experience pleasant.
However, there are some negative aspects. The front of house has a poor process of welcoming guests. There were issues with the booking that were ignored until I requested to meet a manager who was able to resolve the concern.
Additionally, the cleaning of rooms is not up to par. It is the only Accor hotel I have been to where you need to put a sign at the front door and call them to clean your room. If you don't call them, they won't clean it.
The checkout process is also poor. They advise your final bill, but then, due to their incompetence, they chase you down in the hotel because they have missed charging you for certain items. This shows the inexperience at the front counter.
Furthermore, it is the only Accor hotel I have been to where they will not allow you to access the benefits of the program if you haven't booked directly. All other hotels under Accor will give you the dining discount.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and more importantly, I hope the Accor team also sees this.

I am going there 2 times in a row and I am very satisfied. The service is wonderful as well as the beach. I love the architecture and the way the resort is positioned. All the staff is great. The rooms are spacious and the A/C works well. The beach is quiet and almost no one bothers you which is why I make the choose to vacation here. Prefect location in my opinion and I will come back.
One remark I have to make is the location for the lunch (if you are all inclusive). It used to be in the main restaurant where the lunch was being served and its was nice and pleasant with the air conditioning. This year (2024) they moved the lunch to the Sea View restaurant which has a nice view but it out in the open with some fishnet-looking roof which hardly protects you from the sun and it right in the hotness of the midday sun so its not very pleasant. I know that you may not have many guests with the all inclusive option but you can separate one smaller section in the main restaurant where people can eat their lunch in a normal and pleasant setting instead in the hot midday sun at the Sea View small restaurant.
The staff were very friendly—special thanks to Noha and Monsef; Said, and Waei from the restaurant; and Mohamed from the room service team (apologies for any misspellings). They were quick to respond to our requests and made our stay comfortable with a 7-month-old baby. This may not be the most luxurious hotel at Soma Bay, but it is arguably one of the best-located for divers (early morning house reef dives or snorkelling are recommended for visibility and fish activities), with beachfront villas (we really enjoy it, especially need to stay inside a lot with the baby). If you don’t need ever-changing “luxury” but appreciate timeless essentials, this is the perfect choice.
P.S. They are renovating the rooms, so rooms should be better in the near future.

Η Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι είναι μία από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες που έχω δει ποτέ! Οι αποχρώσεις του τιρκουάζ είναι απίστευτες! Ήταν πολύ αέρας όταν ήμασταν εκεί (την μετατρέπουν σε πληρωμένη παραλία με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστείς - πράγμα που μπορεί να μην είναι και το καλύτερο, αν αναλογιστείς ότι ο κοραλλιογενής ύφαλος είναι αρκετά κατεστραμμένος) και το νερό ήταν πολύ κρύο. Παρ' όλα αυτά το αγαπήσαμε και ήμασταν πολύ χαρούμενοι που ήμασταν εκεί!
It is amazing place with unbelievable views under water the reefs here are colorful eye-catching and a lot of fish with all colours... I advise all ppl to vist this place my next stop will be El Kalaan Beach to see the Mangarof Tree

Μία από τις καλύτερες παραλίες που έχουν υπάρξει ποτέ. Κρυστάλλινα νερά, λευκή άμμος, όμορφοι κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι, ποιος μπορεί να θέλει περισσότερα; Εξαιρετικοί κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι ξεκινούν 20 μέτρα από την ακτή και επεκτείνονται αλλά στην πραγματικότητα αυτοί κοντά στο Royal Tulip hotel όπου έμεινα ήταν καλύτεροι. Ωραία σκιερά μέρη που διαχειρίζονται οι τοπικοί Βεδουίνοι που σερβίρουν τσάι και καφέ. Υπάρχουν τουαλέτες αλλά όχι ντους.
Η παραλία Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι, που βρίσκεται στη Μάρσα Άλαμ, είναι ένα κρυφό κόσμημα για τους λάτρεις της φύσης και όσους αναζητούν ηρεμία. Με τα κρυστάλλινα τυρκουάζ νερά και τις παρθένες λευκές αμμουδιές της, προσφέρει το ιδανικό σημείο για κολύμπι, snorkeling και χαλάρωση σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Η υποθαλάσσια θαλάσσια ζωή είναι πλούσια, με πολύχρωρους κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλους και εξωτικά ψάρια, καθιστώντας την ένα όνειρο για τους δύτες και τους snorkelers. Ακόμη κι αν οι συνθήκες του ανέμου δεν είναι όπως πριν από μερικά χρόνια, το KiteHouse είναι για μένα ακόμα το καλύτερο σημείο. Ολόκληρη η ομάδα είναι υπερ-επαγγελματική, φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Οι δωρεάν ταξίδια 3 φορές την ημέρα προς το δεύτερο σημείο στο Tobia Island είναι μαγευτικά.

Beautifully organized, but quite pricey. The wind at this spot is offshore and gusty. Other kite centers offer better wind conditions. However, a trip to "Utopia Island" 🏝️ is worthwhile for its more consistent wind.

Περάσαμε φανταστικά στο ξενοδοχείο Steigenberger. Η υπηρεσία που παρέχεται από τη ρεσεψιόν, τις τραπεζαρίες και το προσωπικό ήταν κορυφαία. Η παραλία για κολύμπι ήταν λίγο με τα πόδια, αλλά ακόμα εύκολα προσβάσιμη και θα μπορούσατε να ζητήσετε ένα καλάθι αν χρειαστεί. Η παραλία είχε μια σανίδα κατάδυσης, ιδανική για να πηδήξετε στα κρυστάλλινα νερά. Η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα για να δείτε τα κοράλλια και τα ψάρια ήταν σε μικρή απόσταση. Το νερό τον Οκτώβριο και τον Νοέμβριο ήταν υπέροχα καθαρό, καθαρό και ζεστό.

Μας άρεσε επίσης η ψυχαγωγία, η εκπληκτική θέα και η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα ακριβώς έξω από την ακτή ήταν το καλύτερο που έχω κάνει ποτέ. Μακάρι να ήξερα τι άρωμα διαχέεται παντού για να μπορέσω να το αγοράσω. Αυτή είναι μια εμπειρία που θα θυμάμαι πάντα!

Furthermore, the reception is well staffed but not much attention is paid to the staff. We had to wait some time for our room even though it was already after 2pm, and this room also had slight mould in the bathroom. Here the first time contact with the guest service, which will take care of the concern and I should come a little later to the Rezetion for a room change. No sooner said than done, but there was no information at the reception about a room change and we were offered an upgrade to another category, which I strictly refused because I wanted a mould-free room. After a long time, we were given another room.
There was supposed to be a heated relax pool, but apparently the heating was defective, this could ba happen, so it was 25 degrees, three days before our departure the pool was heated and had 31 degrees, but the day after it was 28 degrees and the next day 25 degrees again although the heating should still not working or in my opinion has stooped.
We also wanted to know from guest relationship management whether the pick-up time for the transfer to the airport was OK. I am still waiting for this answer today!
I know from other hotels that the management or at least the guest service mingles with the guests to find out if everything is in order, unfortunately the management doesn't seem to care and the guest service either has no competence or doesn't care either. So this position could be saved, as it is of no use if it cannot/will not help!
Now to the positive staff: the waiters really give their all and also the pool attendants, who are really great people.
I would come again, because of the waiters and pool attendants in any case, because of the management rather no, other hotel groups can do that much better and also face the reality in front of the guests. Conclusion, I see great potential for improvement in the management and reception.
Jaz Solaya in Marsa Alam, Egypt, is a perfect destination for a family winter holiday. This cozy resort offers everything you need within close proximity, including heated pools and a stunning sandy beach with an amazing coral reef teeming with marine life, beautiful fish, octopuses, turtles, and even dolphins! There are plenty of loungers available, and the water park is a paradise for children. The spacious rooms are impeccably clean, and the friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar is great, and the food, including local specialties, is delicious. With excellent animations, a playground, and the proximity to pools and the beach, there's also plenty of peace and relaxation in comfortable surroundings. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent and provides great care for its guests. I have stayed here three times already and have no regrets.
Every staff member, from the gardeners and janitors to the bartenders and waiters, is extremely friendly and helpful. The cuisine is also excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. There are three different pools and three outdoor bars, so everyone can find a nice spot for themselves.
Last year, there were some issues with the WiFi, but they have made improvements and now it works perfectly. Any issues you may have with your room are also promptly fixed, you just need to inform the reception. That's a major plus!
In my opinion, there are two minor drawbacks - I wish there was a non-smoking area at the pools and no children's area at the pools and restaurant (such as the largest pool). I would be able to relax better without having to breathe in cigarette smoke or listen to children screaming. However, it is still a very good hotel that is definitely worth visiting.

Marcelo's water gym sessions have been absolutely fantastic. His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to engage the participants have created an incredibly enjoyable atmosphere. The way he combines exercise with entertainment is truly remarkable, making the sessions not only good for our physical well-being but also incredibly fun.
His unique approach to aqua fitness keeps everyone motivated and eager to join in. Whether it's his creative exercise routines, his contagious laughter, or his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Marcelo has definitely made a lasting impression.
It's clear that Marcelo is dedicated to ensuring everyone has a great time during the water gym sessions. His professionalism, along with his friendly and approachable nature, makes the experience even more enjoyable. He has truly added a vibrant and positive element to my stay at the hotel.
In conclusion, my time at this hotel has been amazing, largely because of the exceptional entertainment provided by Marcelo and his captivating water gym sessions. We loved staying at the Mövenpick Hotel. The location was beautifully designed. The breeze of the ocean could be felt everywhere. Although it was almost booked out it never felt busy! We enjoyed a very relaxed stay. Staff was very attentive, friendly and made sure our expectations were met - and even beyond.
The little bay is perfect for families with kids. You can snorkel directly from the beach. The corals and the variety of fish is quite impressive. It was even visited by a group of dolphins. The reef is beautiful and the diving school offers great service.
The only plus would be bigger rooms. 3 persons and three luggage, one bedroom was narrow. Next time I’d book a bigger room.
All in all, we definitely recommend a stay here. Especially, knowing how other hotels in Hurghada are… and we’ll be back.
First night we checked in we got a room that was so small the bed was totally on the wall on one side so that one of us would have to crawl in and out ( we are both 50+ with knee problems, which we emailed about). When we told reception this room was not good enough for us they moved us to a bigger room. This one was outdated, with worn out furniture and very far from the main pool/building/beach. Eventually after one night we got moved to the 3rd room. This was a very nicely renovated room close to all the facilities. Miryam from reception really did her best to get us this room and we could finally start our holiday!
In general the hotel has a very relaxed feel about it. The low and the natural colors of the buildings gave a feeling of tranquility and beauty. No loud music, no constant sales for trips or extra activity. The calmness was very welkom.
Staff was OK. Except Miryam who was exceptionally bright and welcoming, I felt a lot of employees where just going through the motion. Nothing unpleasant, nothing fantastic.
Beach position, coral reef= amazing!!
When we requested an extension price quote because I was not feeling good enough to go home, they gave us such high rates that we decided to move to another 5* hotel who offered better (all inclusive) prices. We were surprised we did not get a competitive offer or discount from Movenpick as we already were there. But then again, the transfer to the other hotel went smoothly.

Το ξενοδοχείο στην Αίγυπτο ήταν απολύτως εκπληκτικό! Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, μας υποδέχτηκαν με ζεστά χαμόγελα και εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα, κομψά σχεδιασμένα και προσέφεραν εκπληκτική θέα στη Ερυθρά Θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό ξεπέρασε τον εαυτό του για να εξασφαλίσει την άνεσή μας, πάντα προσεκτικό και φιλικό. Οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου ήταν απαράμιλλες, με μια παρθένα πισίνα, ένα πολυτελές σπα και πολλά εστιατόρια που σερβίρουν νόστιμη κουζίνα. Η ιδιωτική παραλία ήταν πραγματικός παράδεισος – μαλακή άμμος, κρυστάλλινα νερά και πολλές ξαπλώστρες. Όλα ήταν απίστευτα καθαρά και καλά συντηρημένα. Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο προσέφερε μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία, και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Το θέρετρο είναι φανταστικό, με προσωπικό που είναι πολύ προσεκτικό και μια υπέροχη ομάδα καταδύσεων. Έχει λάβει υψηλές βαθμολογίες από τους επισκέπτες. Παρόλο που το θέρετρο βρίσκεται στη μέση της έρημου, υπάρχουν αρκετές δραστηριότητες επί τόπου για να διασκεδάζουν άνθρωποι όλων των ηλικιών. Επιπλέον, οι επισκέπτες έχουν τη δυνατότητα να κλείσουν εκδρομές αν θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν πέρα από το θέρετρο.
Αυτή ήταν η τρίτη φορά που επιστρέφω σε αυτό το θέρετρο! Είναι πάντα καταπληκτικό, όλοι είναι τόσο φιλικοί και υπέροχοι, υπάρχει τόση πολλή δραστηριότητα, οι παραστάσεις είναι θαυμάσιες και οι τάξεις καταπληκτικές!
Παρακολούθησα τις συνεδρίες τοξοβολίας καθημερινά, που διευθύνονταν από τον Σιάν, ένα από τα μέλη της ομάδας ψυχαγωγίας και είχα υπέροχες στιγμές! Ευχαριστώ όλους για τις υπέροχες διακοπές!!

Περάσαμε φανταστικά στο ξενοδοχείο Steigenberger. Η υπηρεσία που παρέχεται από τη ρεσεψιόν, τις τραπεζαρίες και το προσωπικό ήταν κορυφαία. Η παραλία για κολύμπι ήταν λίγο με τα πόδια, αλλά ακόμα εύκολα προσβάσιμη και θα μπορούσατε να ζητήσετε ένα καλάθι αν χρειαστεί. Η παραλία είχε μια σανίδα κατάδυσης, ιδανική για να πηδήξετε στα κρυστάλλινα νερά. Η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα για να δείτε τα κοράλλια και τα ψάρια ήταν σε μικρή απόσταση. Το νερό τον Οκτώβριο και τον Νοέμβριο ήταν υπέροχα καθαρό, καθαρό και ζεστό.

Αυτή η παραλία είναι σίγουρα το καλύτερο μέρος που έχω μείνει ποτέ! Ήταν απίστευτα χαλαρωτικό και γαλήνιο. Το φαγητό ήταν εκπληκτικό και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κορυφαία. Μας άρεσε επίσης η ψυχαγωγία, η εκπληκτική θέα και η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα ακριβώς έξω από την ακτή ήταν το καλύτερο που έχω κάνει ποτέ. Μακάρι να ήξερα τι άρωμα διαχέεται παντού για να μπορέσω να το αγοράσω. Αυτή είναι μια εμπειρία που θα θυμάμαι πάντα!

Furthermore, the reception is well staffed but not much attention is paid to the staff. We had to wait some time for our room even though it was already after 2pm, and this room also had slight mould in the bathroom. Here the first time contact with the guest service, which will take care of the concern and I should come a little later to the Rezetion for a room change. No sooner said than done, but there was no information at the reception about a room change and we were offered an upgrade to another category, which I strictly refused because I wanted a mould-free room. After a long time, we were given another room.
There was supposed to be a heated relax pool, but apparently the heating was defective, this could ba happen, so it was 25 degrees, three days before our departure the pool was heated and had 31 degrees, but the day after it was 28 degrees and the next day 25 degrees again although the heating should still not working or in my opinion has stooped.
We also wanted to know from guest relationship management whether the pick-up time for the transfer to the airport was OK. I am still waiting for this answer today!
I know from other hotels that the management or at least the guest service mingles with the guests to find out if everything is in order, unfortunately the management doesn't seem to care and the guest service either has no competence or doesn't care either. So this position could be saved, as it is of no use if it cannot/will not help!
Now to the positive staff: the waiters really give their all and also the pool attendants, who are really great people.
I would come again, because of the waiters and pool attendants in any case, because of the management rather no, other hotel groups can do that much better and also face the reality in front of the guests. Conclusion, I see great potential for improvement in the management and reception.
Jaz Solaya in Marsa Alam, Egypt, is a perfect destination for a family winter holiday. This cozy resort offers everything you need within close proximity, including heated pools and a stunning sandy beach with an amazing coral reef teeming with marine life, beautiful fish, octopuses, turtles, and even dolphins! There are plenty of loungers available, and the water park is a paradise for children. The spacious rooms are impeccably clean, and the friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar is great, and the food, including local specialties, is delicious. With excellent animations, a playground, and the proximity to pools and the beach, there's also plenty of peace and relaxation in comfortable surroundings. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent and provides great care for its guests. I have stayed here three times already and have no regrets.
Every staff member, from the gardeners and janitors to the bartenders and waiters, is extremely friendly and helpful. The cuisine is also excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. There are three different pools and three outdoor bars, so everyone can find a nice spot for themselves.
Last year, there were some issues with the WiFi, but they have made improvements and now it works perfectly. Any issues you may have with your room are also promptly fixed, you just need to inform the reception. That's a major plus!
In my opinion, there are two minor drawbacks - I wish there was a non-smoking area at the pools and no children's area at the pools and restaurant (such as the largest pool). I would be able to relax better without having to breathe in cigarette smoke or listen to children screaming. However, it is still a very good hotel that is definitely worth visiting.

I'm really excited to share my wonderful experience at the hotel, where I've been thoroughly enjoying my stay. Among the many amazing things about this place, the entertainment provided by the staff has truly stood out, especially Marcelo.
Marcelo's water gym sessions have been absolutely fantastic. His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to engage the participants have created an incredibly enjoyable atmosphere. The way he combines exercise with entertainment is truly remarkable, making the sessions not only good for our physical well-being but also incredibly fun.
His unique approach to aqua fitness keeps everyone motivated and eager to join in. Whether it's his creative exercise routines, his contagious laughter, or his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Marcelo has definitely made a lasting impression.

We loved staying at the Mövenpick Hotel. The location was beautifully designed. The breeze of the ocean could be felt everywhere. Although it was almost booked out it never felt busy! We enjoyed a very relaxed stay. Staff was very attentive, friendly and made sure our expectations were met - and even beyond.
The little bay is perfect for families with kids. You can snorkel directly from the beach. The corals and the variety of fish is quite impressive. It was even visited by a group of dolphins. The reef is beautiful and the diving school offers great service.
The only plus would be bigger rooms. 3 persons and three luggage, one bedroom was narrow. Next time I’d book a bigger room.
All in all, we definitely recommend a stay here. Especially, knowing how other hotels in Hurghada are… and we’ll be back.
First night we checked in we got a room that was so small the bed was totally on the wall on one side so that one of us would have to crawl in and out ( we are both 50+ with knee problems, which we emailed about). When we told reception this room was not good enough for us they moved us to a bigger room. This one was outdated, with worn out furniture and very far from the main pool/building/beach. Eventually after one night we got moved to the 3rd room. This was a very nicely renovated room close to all the facilities. Miryam from reception really did her best to get us this room and we could finally start our holiday!
In general the hotel has a very relaxed feel about it. The low and the natural colors of the buildings gave a feeling of tranquility and beauty. No loud music, no constant sales for trips or extra activity. The calmness was very welkom.
Staff was OK. Except Miryam who was exceptionally bright and welcoming, I felt a lot of employees where just going through the motion. Nothing unpleasant, nothing fantastic.
Beach position, coral reef= amazing!!
When we requested an extension price quote because I was not feeling good enough to go home, they gave us such high rates that we decided to move to another 5* hotel who offered better (all inclusive) prices. We were surprised we did not get a competitive offer or discount from Movenpick as we already were there. But then again, the transfer to the other hotel went smoothly.

Η διαδικασία check-in ήταν ομαλή και γρήγορη, και ήμουν ευχάριστα έκπληκτος από το πόσο καθαρό και ευρύχωρο ήταν το δωμάτιό μου.
Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, και εκτίμησα τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως το δωρεάν εμφιαλωμένο νερό, τα καλλυντικά και το καλά γεμάτο μίνι μπαρ. Το δωμάτιο είχε επίσης μια όμορφη θέα, που έκανε τις πρωινές μου στιγμές ακόμη καλύτερες.
Ένα από τα κύρια σημεία της διαμονής μου ήταν το πρωινό – μια πλούσια επιλογή από φρέσκα τρόφιμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων φρούτων, γλυκισμάτων, αυγών και τοπικών σπεσιαλιτέ. Το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν προσεκτικό και φρόντισε να είναι όλα τέλεια.

Great Experience with an Amazing Animation Team!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The whole resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was excellent.
One of the best parts of the stay was the animation team—they made the experience even more enjoyable! They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure guests were having a great time. A special shoutout to Bobby, who was especially fun and engaging! His enthusiasm and positive attitude made a big difference, and he always made sure everyone felt welcome.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and entertaining vacation. I would definitely come back!
My stay at the hotel was amazing! Aurora led fantastic yoga sessions that really helped set a great atmosphere for the day. Berta who led the best aquagym classes – they were lively, fun, and full of energy. Mustafa and Ayman at reception were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.
Keroles, the housekeeper, kept my room in perfect shape – always spotless and comfortable. And the waiters and bartender Amrfadi, Mohamed Nassr, and Mohamed Yousef, were all super friendly, always greeting me with a smile and making dining a pleasure.
I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!

Η Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι είναι μία από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες που έχω δει ποτέ! Οι αποχρώσεις του τιρκουάζ είναι απίστευτες! Ήταν πολύ αέρας όταν ήμασταν εκεί (την μετατρέπουν σε πληρωμένη παραλία με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστείς - πράγμα που μπορεί να μην είναι και το καλύτερο, αν αναλογιστείς ότι ο κοραλλιογενής ύφαλος είναι αρκετά κατεστραμμένος) και το νερό ήταν πολύ κρύο. Παρ' όλα αυτά το αγαπήσαμε και ήμασταν πολύ χαρούμενοι που ήμασταν εκεί!
It is amazing place with unbelievable views under water the reefs here are colorful eye-catching and a lot of fish with all colours... I advise all ppl to vist this place my next stop will be El Kalaan Beach to see the Mangarof Tree

Αυτή η παραλία που κρύβεται στα μανγκρόβια ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Η ανέγγιχτη ομορφιά της φύσης ήταν σε πλήρη επίδειξη με κρυστάλλινα γαλάζια ουρανούς και θάλασσες. Η περιοχή δεν ήταν υπερβολικά ανεπτυγμένη, με μόνο ένα γραφικό τεύχος και μερικά τουριστικά καταστήματα που πουλούσαν βραχιόλια.
Ένα κομμάτι του παραδείσου στη Γη, τόσο ήσυχο και γαλήνιο και οι ντόπιοι είναι πολύ φιλικοί. Το λάτρεψα τόσο πολύ!

Μία από τις καλύτερες παραλίες που έχουν υπάρξει ποτέ. Κρυστάλλινα νερά, λευκή άμμος, όμορφοι κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι, ποιος μπορεί να θέλει περισσότερα; Εξαιρετικοί κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλοι ξεκινούν 20 μέτρα από την ακτή και επεκτείνονται αλλά στην πραγματικότητα αυτοί κοντά στο Royal Tulip hotel όπου έμεινα ήταν καλύτεροι. Ωραία σκιερά μέρη που διαχειρίζονται οι τοπικοί Βεδουίνοι που σερβίρουν τσάι και καφέ. Υπάρχουν τουαλέτες αλλά όχι ντους.
Η παραλία Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι, που βρίσκεται στη Μάρσα Άλαμ, είναι ένα κρυφό κόσμημα για τους λάτρεις της φύσης και όσους αναζητούν ηρεμία. Με τα κρυστάλλινα τυρκουάζ νερά και τις παρθένες λευκές αμμουδιές της, προσφέρει το ιδανικό σημείο για κολύμπι, snorkeling και χαλάρωση σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Η υποθαλάσσια θαλάσσια ζωή είναι πλούσια, με πολύχρωρους κοραλλιογενείς ύφαλους και εξωτικά ψάρια, καθιστώντας την ένα όνειρο για τους δύτες και τους snorkelers. Ακόμη κι αν οι συνθήκες του ανέμου δεν είναι όπως πριν από μερικά χρόνια, το KiteHouse είναι για μένα ακόμα το καλύτερο σημείο. Ολόκληρη η ομάδα είναι υπερ-επαγγελματική, φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Οι δωρεάν ταξίδια 3 φορές την ημέρα προς το δεύτερο σημείο στο Tobia Island είναι μαγευτικά.

Beautifully organized, but quite pricey. The wind at this spot is offshore and gusty. Other kite centers offer better wind conditions. However, a trip to "Utopia Island" 🏝️ is worthwhile for its more consistent wind.

First night we checked in we got a room that was so small the bed was totally on the wall on one side so that one of us would have to crawl in and out ( we are both 50+ with knee problems, which we emailed about). When we told reception this room was not good enough for us they moved us to a bigger room. This one was outdated, with worn out furniture and very far from the main pool/building/beach. Eventually after one night we got moved to the 3rd room. This was a very nicely renovated room close to all the facilities. Miryam from reception really did her best to get us this room and we could finally start our holiday!
In general the hotel has a very relaxed feel about it. The low and the natural colors of the buildings gave a feeling of tranquility and beauty. No loud music, no constant sales for trips or extra activity. The calmness was very welkom.
Staff was OK. Except Miryam who was exceptionally bright and welcoming, I felt a lot of employees where just going through the motion. Nothing unpleasant, nothing fantastic.
Beach position, coral reef= amazing!!
When we requested an extension price quote because I was not feeling good enough to go home, they gave us such high rates that we decided to move to another 5* hotel who offered better (all inclusive) prices. We were surprised we did not get a competitive offer or discount from Movenpick as we already were there. But then again, the transfer to the other hotel went smoothly.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in April 2025. It is one of the coziest and most welcoming hotels we’ve ever visited. We especially enjoyed dinner at the Lebanese Rosman restaurant. Being on a new continent, we really wanted to experience the local cuisine and traditions, which is why we chose this restaurant. And we didn’t regret it! We were greeted by an amazing person, Ashraf Ahmed, who not only treated us with great respect but also served absolutely magnificent dishes! I highly recommend that anyone staying at Amwaj visit the Lebanese Rosman restaurant at least once! You won’t be disappointed!
The location is great and directly connected to the beach and they offer drinks at several spots. The staff is friendly and trying their best. They have 3 pools, which is great.
The food is really simple and good at the first days, but it’s not changing at all. It’s not a big variety so you pretty much have to eat the same things everyday, which is exhausting after a couple days. The Red Sky restaurant was a disappointment!
The rooms are not modern anymore and the bathrooms are old, but the rooms were still clean.
Housekeeping is doing a great job. Our cleaner over the week was Mr. Mahmoud Khaled and he was super helpful and asked us everyday if there is something he could do for us. He is also really friendly and did good work!

I am going there 2 times in a row and I am very satisfied. The service is wonderful as well as the beach. I love the architecture and the way the resort is positioned. All the staff is great. The rooms are spacious and the A/C works well. The beach is quiet and almost no one bothers you which is why I make the choose to vacation here. Prefect location in my opinion and I will come back.
One remark I have to make is the location for the lunch (if you are all inclusive). It used to be in the main restaurant where the lunch was being served and its was nice and pleasant with the air conditioning. This year (2024) they moved the lunch to the Sea View restaurant which has a nice view but it out in the open with some fishnet-looking roof which hardly protects you from the sun and it right in the hotness of the midday sun so its not very pleasant. I know that you may not have many guests with the all inclusive option but you can separate one smaller section in the main restaurant where people can eat their lunch in a normal and pleasant setting instead in the hot midday sun at the Sea View small restaurant.
The staff were very friendly—special thanks to Noha and Monsef; Said, and Waei from the restaurant; and Mohamed from the room service team (apologies for any misspellings). They were quick to respond to our requests and made our stay comfortable with a 7-month-old baby. This may not be the most luxurious hotel at Soma Bay, but it is arguably one of the best-located for divers (early morning house reef dives or snorkelling are recommended for visibility and fish activities), with beachfront villas (we really enjoy it, especially need to stay inside a lot with the baby). If you don’t need ever-changing “luxury” but appreciate timeless essentials, this is the perfect choice.
P.S. They are renovating the rooms, so rooms should be better in the near future.

Περάσαμε φανταστικά στο ξενοδοχείο Steigenberger. Η υπηρεσία που παρέχεται από τη ρεσεψιόν, τις τραπεζαρίες και το προσωπικό ήταν κορυφαία. Η παραλία για κολύμπι ήταν λίγο με τα πόδια, αλλά ακόμα εύκολα προσβάσιμη και θα μπορούσατε να ζητήσετε ένα καλάθι αν χρειαστεί. Η παραλία είχε μια σανίδα κατάδυσης, ιδανική για να πηδήξετε στα κρυστάλλινα νερά. Η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα για να δείτε τα κοράλλια και τα ψάρια ήταν σε μικρή απόσταση. Το νερό τον Οκτώβριο και τον Νοέμβριο ήταν υπέροχα καθαρό, καθαρό και ζεστό.

Αυτή η παραλία είναι σίγουρα το καλύτερο μέρος που έχω μείνει ποτέ! Ήταν απίστευτα χαλαρωτικό και γαλήνιο. Το φαγητό ήταν εκπληκτικό και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κορυφαία. Μας άρεσε επίσης η ψυχαγωγία, η εκπληκτική θέα και η κολύμβηση με αναπνευστήρα ακριβώς έξω από την ακτή ήταν το καλύτερο που έχω κάνει ποτέ. Μακάρι να ήξερα τι άρωμα διαχέεται παντού για να μπορέσω να το αγοράσω. Αυτή είναι μια εμπειρία που θα θυμάμαι πάντα!

We loved staying at the Mövenpick Hotel. The location was beautifully designed. The breeze of the ocean could be felt everywhere. Although it was almost booked out it never felt busy! We enjoyed a very relaxed stay. Staff was very attentive, friendly and made sure our expectations were met - and even beyond.
The little bay is perfect for families with kids. You can snorkel directly from the beach. The corals and the variety of fish is quite impressive. It was even visited by a group of dolphins. The reef is beautiful and the diving school offers great service.
The only plus would be bigger rooms. 3 persons and three luggage, one bedroom was narrow. Next time I’d book a bigger room.
All in all, we definitely recommend a stay here. Especially, knowing how other hotels in Hurghada are… and we’ll be back.

Πρόσφατα έμεινα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και είχα μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα φιλόξενο, φιλικό και πάντα έτοιμο να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Η διαδικασία check-in ήταν ομαλή και γρήγορη, και ήμουν ευχάριστα έκπληκτος από το πόσο καθαρό και ευρύχωρο ήταν το δωμάτιό μου.
Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, και εκτίμησα τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως το δωρεάν εμφιαλωμένο νερό, τα καλλυντικά και το καλά γεμάτο μίνι μπαρ. Το δωμάτιο είχε επίσης μια όμορφη θέα, που έκανε τις πρωινές μου στιγμές ακόμη καλύτερες.
Ένα από τα κύρια σημεία της διαμονής μου ήταν το πρωινό – μια πλούσια επιλογή από φρέσκα τρόφιμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων φρούτων, γλυκισμάτων, αυγών και τοπικών σπεσιαλιτέ. Το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν προσεκτικό και φρόντισε να είναι όλα τέλεια.

Το θέρετρο είναι φανταστικό, με προσωπικό που είναι πολύ προσεκτικό και μια υπέροχη ομάδα καταδύσεων. Έχει λάβει υψηλές βαθμολογίες από τους επισκέπτες. Παρόλο που το θέρετρο βρίσκεται στη μέση της έρημου, υπάρχουν αρκετές δραστηριότητες επί τόπου για να διασκεδάζουν άνθρωποι όλων των ηλικιών. Επιπλέον, οι επισκέπτες έχουν τη δυνατότητα να κλείσουν εκδρομές αν θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν πέρα από το θέρετρο.
Αυτή ήταν η τρίτη φορά που επιστρέφω σε αυτό το θέρετρο! Είναι πάντα καταπληκτικό, όλοι είναι τόσο φιλικοί και υπέροχοι, υπάρχει τόση πολλή δραστηριότητα, οι παραστάσεις είναι θαυμάσιες και οι τάξεις καταπληκτικές!
Παρακολούθησα τις συνεδρίες τοξοβολίας καθημερινά, που διευθύνονταν από τον Σιάν, ένα από τα μέλη της ομάδας ψυχαγωγίας και είχα υπέροχες στιγμές! Ευχαριστώ όλους για τις υπέροχες διακοπές!!

Η Σαρμ Ελ Λούλι είναι μία από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες που έχω δει ποτέ! Οι αποχρώσεις του τιρκουάζ είναι απίστευτες! Ήταν πολύ αέρας όταν ήμασταν εκεί (την μετατρέπουν σε πληρωμένη παραλία με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστείς - πράγμα που μπορεί να μην είναι και το καλύτερο, αν αναλογιστείς ότι ο κοραλλιογενής ύφαλος είναι αρκετά κατεστραμμένος) και το νερό ήταν πολύ κρύο. Παρ' όλα αυτά το αγαπήσαμε και ήμασταν πολύ χαρούμενοι που ήμασταν εκεί!
It is amazing place with unbelievable views under water the reefs here are colorful eye-catching and a lot of fish with all colours... I advise all ppl to vist this place my next stop will be El Kalaan Beach to see the Mangarof Tree

We booked this trip through our hotel with easyJet for £70 per adult and half price for children. The package included transportation and lunch on the island, and it was definitely worth the cost. The beach was beautiful with clear water, making me feel like I was in the Maldives.

It was a great day trip to the beach, although it was quite windy and the permanent shelters made it hard to catch some sun at most of the beds. The snorkeling experience was fantastic. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a buffet where you could help yourself to a variety of hot dishes. It was a very relaxing trip as nobody bothered you on the beach to buy drinks or things. They even provided snorkels, masks, and flippers for free.
