Νήσος Ταβεούνι: 3 παραλίες στην περιοχή

My wife and our friends spent 7 days and 6 nights at Raiwasa and had the time of our lives. For all of us, this was our first time visiting Fiji and our first time staying at a private resort. Our expectations were met and exceeded in all respects. We arrived on Taveuni and were greeted upon arrival by Raiwasa staff. The villa is located a stone's throw from the airstrip making travel quick and easy. Also, no need for concern around plane noise -- there are only a few flights each day and none are commercial jet liners, so the airstrip noise is slim to none. All of the Raiwasa staff were personable, attentive, and accommodating of our needs. Each morning, after a delightful and hearty breakfast of fresh property-grown fruits, smoothies, and coffee, we set off on our daily excursion, including a guided tour of the island and its beautiful waterfalls, a hike along the northern coast of the island, a half-day excursion to view several other islands in the archipelago (and do some reef snorkeling), and the Go Fijian experience, which is not to be missed. In the afternoons, we'd either avail ourselves of the spa services they offered or use the sea kayaks located on the shore to take a self-guided tour of the coastline (and do some more snorkeling). Every day was a new adventures not to be missed. If you're looking for a more lowkey stay, that is more than possible with the option to notify staff that you'd like some alone time and that will be respected. Each evening we received a new gourmet-quality meal while the staff attentively prepped the villa for the night. If you are in the market for beautiful views, warm temps, and five star treatment, Raiwasa is for you! Thank you to the entire Raiwasa team for making our stay (and for my wife and I, the first vacation we've taken in several years) an absolutely amazing one!

WOW. Just WOW. If you’re thinking about Raiwasa, just do it. It’s the right decision! The staff, the experience, the location, the food - all 10/10. Exquisite! The chefs are top notch. There is a large menu to choose from for every meal and the dinners are prepared by the chef depending on what is in season but can be changed for preference. I was full every second of our vacation. And the views/locations you can choose around the property for dinner are gorgeous. We started planning our next visit while we were there and will be going back next year. This is an experience you will want to share with your friends and family. The island of Taveuni is actual paradise. It is so lush. A gorgeous jungle and crystal clear waters that cannot be topped. The island provides absolutely delectable fruits, has no predators, and the friendliest people. Taveuni is so small and intimate it feels like you’re on your own private island. Aside from scuba diving, we only saw one other tourist the entire time we were there. One of our favorite excursions was hiking to two GORGEOUS waterfalls. But compared to every other waterfall I’ve been to, which are full of other tourists, we only saw one single human. We had hours of hiking and swimming completely to ourselves. Not to mention, two of the staff came with us on our hike, and set up a picnic for us on the hill top. It was stunning. If you want a magical, private, customized vacation. Book Raiwasa! Φιλοξενία στην καλύτερη της μορφή! Μείναμε σε πολλά μέρη στη Φίτζι κατά τη διάρκεια των 2 εβδομάδων διακοπών μας και το Coconut Grove προσέφερε το καλύτερο φαγητό υψηλής ποιότητας φτιαγμένο με αγάπη. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι η πιο γνήσια και φιλική που θα βρείτε στη Φίτζι. Είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι που κάναμε την επιλογή να μείνουμε εδώ και να παντρευτούμε σε αυτή την εκπληκτική και εντυπωσιακή τοποθεσία. Ευχαριστούμε τις πιο όμορφες κυρίες και την ομάδα για το πιο αξέχαστο ημερολόγιο και για το ότι ξεπέρασαν τον εαυτό τους για να κάνουν την ημέρα μας απίστευτη και ξεχωριστή. Η προσπάθεια ήταν αξιοσημείωτη και μας άγγιξε. Αγαπήσαμε την τούρτα γάμου Banana και Coconut που μοιραστήκαμε με όλους, τις απίστευτες ανθοσυνθέσεις, το δείπνο μας δίπλα στην παραλία, την μοναδική εμπειρία Kava και τα πακέτα μεσημεριανού που απολαύσαμε στις πολλές ευχάριστες δραστηριότητες που οργάνωσαν οι κυρίες για εμάς. Αν ψάχνετε για μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, με εξαιρετικό φαγητό και ομορφιά και απλότητα όλα σε ένα τακτοποιημένο πακέτο, τότε το Coconut Grove είναι για εσάς. Αν μπορούσα να βαθμολογήσω υψηλότερα, θα το έκανα. Vinaka Vaka Levu! στην υπέροχη ομάδα του Coconut Grove!

Η Μακαίρα ήταν μια φανταστική εμπειρία. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και αποφασισμένο να κάνουν τη διαμονή σας άψογη. Η Μαίρη ήταν μια εκπληκτική οικοδέσποινα. Το πρωινό είναι φανταστικό και σερβίρεται με μια υπέροχη θέα στον ωκεανό. Ειδικά εκτιμήσαμε τις φρέσκιες καρύδες που μας παρείχαν, πολύ αναζωογονητικές μετά την επιστροφή μας από την κατάδυση που μπορείτε να κάνετε σε 5 λεπτά περπάτημα. Ο εξοπλισμός κατάδυσης που παρέχεται στους επισκέπτες διευκολύνει πολύ την εμπειρία των υποβρύχιων κοραλλιών και ψαριών στην πόρτα σας. Είχαμε επίσης πολύ τύχη που συναντήσαμε τον Ατζάι, έναν φανταστικό τοπικό οδηγό ταξί που ήταν επίσης ο οδηγός μας και μας έδειξε γύρω από το νησί. Θα τον συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα να τον καλέσετε. Πήραμε τον αριθμό του από το Τραμόντο, το υπέροχο μπαρ και εστιατόριο ακριβώς απέναντι από το θέρετρο! (Καταπληκτικό προσωπικό/ φαγητό και υπέροχες θέες εκεί επίσης!).

Όμορφες θέες, καταπληκτικά δωμάτια και, το καλύτερο από όλα, το απολύτως φιλικό προσωπικό (και η ιδιοκτήτρια) κάνουν αυτό το μέρος μοναδικό. Περάσαμε μερικές πολύ βροχερές μέρες στην Ταβεούνι, αλλά οι άνθρωποι εδώ φρόντισαν να μην είμαστε μόνο καλά ταϊσμένοι (αυτό το πρωινό 🤤 και μην χάσετε το δείπνο!) αλλά και διασκεδασμένοι.
